Horrible woman, horrible mother. She knew jumping from the bridge was forbidden and dangerous. She let and even encourage her child to do this. When her child was injured, rather than take responsibility, she blamed OP. Then hurt her child by trying to rip and tear the lure out of her child's leg. CPS needs to get involved, that child needs a responsible and caring parent.
I would have asked the police to have her charged with child endangerment for letting her crotch goblin jump off the bridge when there are signs clearly stating that it's not allowed and also charge her for child abuse for mangling the child's leg trying to get the lure out when she clearly did not know what she was doing and refused help in getting it out.
@@JohnH20111 Your really out of touch. Communism died. Dictatorships as in Russia, China and North Korea abound though. Karl Marx would roll in his grave if he saw what was done even in the name of communism, much less when dictators stopped pretending.
@@JohnH20111 I seriously doubt you could provide an actual, coherent definition of communism that you didn't google and even then I doubt you'd understand it.
Story 4: Well, she should've thought about that before giving the iPad to the kids behind OP's back and letting them break it! Sharing is caring, but not everything is to be shared. Actions have consequences, and someone MUST pay for it.
As for the other flying monkeys coming to her defence, I would say if they can come up with the cost then I'll drop the suit. Verbally defending someone's horrible action don't cost a thing, so maybe if they are asked to pay for it may shut them up. Now depending on how vindictive I would be feeling at the moment, I would either suggest everyone to pool the money and pay up or individually pay the complete amount. Do not touch someone else's things without permission even if they are family.
I know I shouldn't be surprised by the sheer stupidity and complete out of touch with reality. It was OP's property and actual work equipment, and an expensive one that OP had been saving up for for an ENTIRE YEAR! How the Hell do you think you can just treat it as a toy for your kids? And not asking the owner beforehand. She should pay up. Or if the flying monkeys are so defending the sister, they can just pool their money and pay OP back.
You don't "borrow" somebody else's property without asking. And if you break it, whether borrowed with permission or without, you pay for it. This is kindergarten level stuff, that way too many adults seem never to have learned.
Fisherman OP is NOT the a-hole in that story; the mother is. He warned them, pointed out the law, and offered to remove the lure, which obviously the entitled mother had no idea how to do. SHE chose to refuse his help; SHE is the a-hole and I hope her son now recognizes she is not only an a-hole but is also a complete idiot.
Right on! The kid f'd around on a scale of ten, and he found out on a scale of ten. Now his EM or father, who is hopefully sensible, has to explain to the doctor why he needs a tetanus shot.
Fun Fact for story 2: The sheriff does indeed have the power to take EVERYTHING in that office and auction it off (usually for cents on the actual dollar value)
If the children had taken the iPad without telling anyone it would be another thing, but the adult TOOK the work iPad and LET the children destroy it depriving the owner of it's ownership, use and wages. Sue her!
She would’ve been responsible even I’d they dos sneak it. It sucks, but parents are financially responsible for their kid’s mistakes while they are still minors.
Probably because they were only getting the whiny poor little victim story from his sister instead of hearing his side first. Either that, or they're just trash.
Story 4 - NTA. She chose to give her kids OP's iPad to play with, because she couldn't be bothered to be a parent. Predictably, they broke it. OP uses that iPad to make a living, and even if he didn't, it's still his property that she had no business giving to someone else. Sue her ass.
Story 4: I'd sue. There's no relationship anymore anyway. $2200 isn't small change for many, especially if OP had to save up AND it costs him real money on his side hustle. And with that high of a price it may even be criminal in some places.
Yes. As far as I can tell, $2200 dollars is no chump change even for Americans or Canadians who have pretty high wages. But since OP didn't specify the country in his post, it might as well be a country with lower wages. And the lower the income, the worse the situation: it's one thing if it's some rich country like the US with salaries in tens of thousands, it's a whole other thing if it's something like Russia where wages in many places can go as low as $200-300 per month - imagine trying to save up $2200 for a replacement iPad with that low of an income. One would be mildly inconvenient, the other would be borderline catastrophic.
@@iamsatanjr Technically speaking, there are a lot of poor people in the United States and Canada and yes the wages are higher but so is the cost of living there. I mean the housing market is so out of control in these countries that there has been a major housing crisis alert all the time. Also not everyone in the United States and Canada could afford an iPad anyway and that in itself is treated as a luxury item compared to necessities like food and shelter.
Story 1: OP did nothing wrong. He basically let Karen and her Entitled Brat suffer the consequences of their actions. Which seems perfectly reasonable especially when she's lying to authorities. Story 4: I have to side with OP again. His sister essentially stole an expensive electronic device and let her kids break it. She should be paying the full price to replace it plus compensating for lost wages. If she hadn't been so egregiously irresponsible, there would never have been an issue.
The broken iPad story - the "family members" calling OP a "bad brother" can cover the replacement costs themselves, if they care so much for the "poor, hard-done-by sister".
Final Story - I have a feeling that Mr Big Shot (AKA AH) deliberately removed the price stickers off the produce in order to get a discount and get OP in trouble again. And OP definitely won because she did what her boss told her to do and it ticked off that jerk.
This was my first thought. He likely DID get the more expensive ones and lied to the manager. The manager should have confirmed what kind they were before doing the refund, but apparently can't be bothered.
I had that thought, but if he did it very often it would be obvious. In my experience the stickers leave a mark when removed a lot of the time. Selected items without stickers; maybe.
Never ever EVER settle for payment at the end. Always require a down payment for services, and additional down payments every time they want something added. That way at least you're not left empty-handed if they decide to cancel. NEVER GIVE YOUR WORK AWAY.
Who gives someone ELSE'S tech, without permission, to their bratty kids? I hope this guy sued and now it's MORE money cause the judge is like hey you have to pay him the court costs too. Who is this entitled? Oh wait Narcissists who think everything in the world is theirs for the taking.
Story 5: As someone who works in a grocery store, I can say that some customers will intentionally make the job more difficult for their own benefit. The guy either purposely chose produce without stickers or flat out peeled them off hoping for the cheaper price. You know, just today we had a customer try to pull some similar shenanigans. She brought back a box of frozen perogies, with no receipt, claiming there were only 6 when it's a 12 pack, and wanted a replacement. The box was empty, and we don't typically honor returns or exchanges without receiving the product back. Also, the expiration date was from 3 months ago. Some of you have probably pieced together what is very wrong with this story, but our manager caved and okayed it for her. For those who aren't sure, it's more likely that it was a perfectly good box that she let expire in her freezer.
Since Daddy wants to rescue his daughter, have HIM buy the replacement iPad and HE can arrange forvhis daughter to make payments to HIM. And in future, lock your stuff up when her spawn is coming over.
Yes definitely. When my nephew comes over to visit I have to make sure that my iPhone and iPad are close by to me because he always tries to take them so that he can ‘play with them’ even though I’ve told him that they’re not toys.
Story 4: NTA That iPad was NOT a toy; it was your livelihood. She needs to replace it, and all of the data that you had on there, and the wages you lost/will lose because of her irresponsibility and laziness. Tell the enablers to help pitch in, if they think that you are so heartless.
What’s really f***ed up is that his other family members are defending her, in my family they’d help you get the money back especially if you do something as stupid as this lady did.
Story 3: always add a change clause. Write a contract, insert change fees and make them sign it. Story 4: you don't take someone else's property and give it to your kids. That's theft and destruction of private property. OP should file a police report, and his family shouldn't be trying to say he's being mean. If somebody took and destroyed something that you needed for your workplace and you lost wages because of it, you sure would be suing. The only acceptable non-litigation outcome is if the father buys a new one for the son, reimburses him for lost wages and lets the daughter make payments to him.
Story 4: OP should give his sister a time period, and if she doesn’t pay him the money, he should sue her, because that way, he can get the money one way or another. It’s too bad that the family is treating OP like an @$$ hole about the whole thing.
Story 1: I was just looking up “no jumping bridges in Truckee CA” and there are two reasons why those signs are up: 1) because of people fishing (like OP) and 2) because of sometimes dangerous currents. So…yeah Karen, the only person who nearly killed your son is you
Imagine if there was a dangerous current as well and OP kept warning them not to jump off, and the kid jumps and gets killed by the currents, and the mom would say it's OPs fault that the kid died.
Family: Don’t Sue here! She’s a single mother and your sister. Me: I will not sue under the following conditions. 1: Someone from this family pays me what I am owed. 2: You rightfully tear into her and her little goblins for what they’ve done and disown them. 3: You do not, under any circumstances, invite her anywhere near me or my property. She is now permanently banned from my home and if she shows up I WILL call the cops.
Story 1 - And OP demonstrates why it’s so important to have your smartphone or Go Pro on and recording, for situations like this. And to those who said that OP is the bad guy for ‘taking it too far’ and ‘allowing the mom the hurt her child’, no he’s not. OP warned that EM and her crotch goblin and they paid the price. Then she had the audacity to lie to the police and then she practically tortures her son while trying to remove OP’s hook from his leg, which he offered to help but she refused, and in the end SHE was charged and fined. So no OP is NTA, she is. And the kids lucky that the hook didn’t go into his face.
@@GeorgieB1965Probably less that and more an attitude that they don't have to actually follow the rules because they feel they are more important for whatever reason
The funniest part about the comments was them claiming that be pushed the mom to torture her son by threatening charges if she didn't get it out. Except that THE OP OFFERED AGAIN afterwards and she STILL refused to let him get it out.
@@DoctorOaks I’m surprised that she didn’t make OP remove the hook from her son only to claim that he was ‘hurting her precious baby boy’ later if she tried to sue him.
Story 4 hurts me. I’m a graphic artist both in profession as well as in hobby. So hearing that op got his tablet broken that makes me so mad. And there is a large difference for the quality of it. The sister should replace it and if the family thinks she’s being unreasonable then they should help pay for it.
Story #1: that family should have listened to the person fishing! AND Story story #4: that sister needs to get a grip about NOT taking other folks stuff and doing what SHE wants to do with it, like let HER kids destroy that stuff!
Broken computer story. It wasn't that she wasn't just not watching her kids. She actually GAVE the kids her brother's computer to play with. You can't fix stupid but you can teach them an expensive lesson in court.
Story one. Honestly it sounds like "Fuck around and find out." I see no issue. karen got what was coming to her. Sad yes the kid was hurt and tortured by the mom and hopefully the kid gets away from her.
That child with the lure is lucky, that's all that happened. Where I live, there are some creeks and small rivers. And a no jumping sign is usually placed near a creek or river that is too shallow to jump into. Because you could break a leg or badly injur yourself. 😢
@@lancerevell5979 I'm just...why would you??...I used to live in a region where stonefish, sea snakes, salt water crocs, sharks, stingrays were common sights (and it was the invisible sea stingers that could kill you; forgot about blue ringed octopus and poisonous cone shells)...Anyway. I don't live there anymore. Because I had a choice to move. Lol. And that's only what was going on that I could see; wading through long grass inland was equally disturbing.
I find it hilarious when Karens call the cops and expect them to automatically side with them and arrest who they believe is in the wrong only to be shocked and/or furious when they get arrested instead because they were the ones actually in the wrong. I bet when Karen in story 1 tried to go to a lawyer they told her she had no leg to stand on.
Story 1: The guy is absolutely not at fault. He didn't FORCE the mom to try removing the hook, she CHOSE to try. Plus, on top of allowing her son to break the law, she tortured him in front of cops! WTF Karen?
Story number four: Yet another case of an entitled parent thinking the rules don't apply to her or her spawn because she decided to squirt out some kids. Clearly she has no respect for boundaries, zero understanding that the word no is a totally valid response as well as a complete sentence and nothing resembling a sense of accountability. She's also passing all of these negative qualities and more on to her children. She literally took something that didn't belong to her and gave it to her kids. They broke it and now she has to pay for it. Those are the consequences to her actions because she did not respect her brother's boundaries or his property. He is not heartless, selfish or a bad brother. The people siding with his sister clearly have been told a heavily edited and embellished rendering of events. She can play the victim all she wants. The only way, in which she is a victim, is of her own entitlement and stupidity. Also, OP was right on the money. She would have a lot more money saved up if she actually cared about being able to provide for her three small children. Methinks, she puts her own selfish wants, needs and desires above her kids that never asked to be born. I've known parents like her. The only losers in these types of situations, sadly, are the children.
Honestly, there's a very real chance that the people siding against OP were told a mostly true version of it. There's more than one family that takes the approach of "She's a mother, she can't be at fault." Doesn't matter what she says & does, she's not the guilty party. Anything short of literal murder is just pushed aside & excused as motherhood struggles.
Sounds like my cousin. All she does is fuck around and party. She spent every last dime of her eldest child's Bar Mitzvah money on herself with zero shame. People like her are absolute monsters. My aunt felt so bad when he asked for some of his money to buy a bike, that she gave it to him out of her own pocket and told him it was his.
Sister is responsible for the ipad so she should be held responsible fir her choices. It sounds like this is something new to her as she has 3 kids while living with her parents. Time to grow up dear. Good luck getting the money OP.
On that iPad story. As Fluff said. Just take the installments. Otherwise it's not sure you see any money. That said: It amazes me every time when people break somebody's stuff and then they are shocked when they have to replace it. And yes. Family seems to be the worst.
@@JamesDavy2009 9 out of 10 times. The people that won't pay up if they break are the 1. to hold their hand out if something of theirs get broken. Again: Family will be the worst.
Story 4 - OP is definitely NTA. His sister took his iPad that he uses for work and gave it to her kids without his permission and they broke it. OP should definitely sue her for a brand new IPad.
Agreed. Especially as he mentioned he was using it for work. I'm an artist and I've been eyeing up a wacom art tablet to do digital work (which are very expensive) . Now if my sister broke that... She'd be waking up in a bathtub of ice missing a few organs to cover the cost. If on the other hand it was just a cheap tablet I use for watching netflix or RU-vid it would be "meh I can buy a new one easy enough"
The story about the sister and her kids? The brother is NTA. She stole his laptop (taking it without his permission) and blithely permitted her children to steal it as well (handing it to them to use, as accessories to her crime), and then allowed them to break it (destruction of EXPENSIVE property), and then showed ZERO signs of remorse. HE is NTA, and SHE totally IS. Also, those kids are hellishly spoiled brats who didn't even offer a single apology or show any signs of remorse, either, let alone any understanding that what they did was wrong both morally and legally..
Story 4: Think of the children, that is, think of what horrible life they're going to have if they grow up thinking that actions like that don't have serious consequences.
Story 4: since his dad and his other family members want to get involved, then they can either pool together to pay for what he is asking or pay for his college, and if they don't then they are the assholes for not helping out "a poor single mother" who is about to get sued. 😒
Story 4: Been in a similar situation. Every time one of the family called, I told them I'd let it go if they had my money, then, since they are offering to take care of it for her. I don't talk to anyone but one cousin anymore.
Story 3 - Sounds like OP made Christmas come early for that attorney and many others who hated this woman.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 And really, all this legal fuss over a $10 coupon? Really?
Nah in story 1, op is not even the bad guy regardless of the wanting the lure back to not press charges. Its still on the lady for allowing it to happen to the child who in fact did not listen. Yes its bad the child had to suffer pain but action does have consequences.
It's entirely possible the sheriff had the authority to back up his threat. Law enforcement seizure auctions are a thing. Courts can enforce failure to pay a settlement or judgement by seizing and selling goods. I don't think it was a bluff.
it wasn’t a bluff, because the Sheriff could make one call and have several Deputies show up and remove every single computer from their office and there would be nothing they could say or do about it
Not just computers... the furniture, plants, even the art on the wall. If that doesn't do it, if the company owns the place, they can seize the building too.
@@wolphin732 - Mhm. Whatever it takes to recover that judgement debt. Bank assets too. Though for only $2K they would probably go after the bank accounts first if there's enough there.
Anyone that even thinks for a moment OP in story 1 is wrong makes you a Karen. Sorry not sorry but he offered to help to only be threatened by the moron. Entitled kid hopefully learned a lesson😂.
Story 1. Barbed hooks can be removed with minimal damage, OP probably knows how and offered to help do. Story 2. Yes, the sheriff, in most US states, does have that authority.
for the sister who broke the iPad, there is a simple phrase that comes into play: You break it, you bought it. SHE broke it, not her kids, by just taking it. I assume the kids broke it when they couldn’t unlock the device. That is just plain old stupidity on her part and stupidity is not an excuse. Make her pay for it and forget the payment plan. She needs to learn how to respect other people’s property.
Her kids probably whacked the iPad on the corner of the coffee table in frustration. If those were my kids, I'd apologized profusely, ripped my brats a new one, grounded them for two weeks, deducted part of the costs from their pocket money (at least 4 months without a penny for all three kids) and would've offered on my own to replace the device and then apologized again. Hell, I would've never EVER taken the iPad from the office to begin with. smh. Family is the worst, sometimes.
Story 3: I'm sure Lawyer Karen asked all of her lawyer friends if it was a good idea. But nobody can disagree with you when you're talking to an empty room.
Suing the sister: would anyone defending the sister offer to pay for a replacement? I mean, they're basically saying "let it go" and the damaged equipment is over a thousand dollars. Surely if it's nothing major, then it shouldn't be a problem for them to replace?
If she can't pay for her mistake, she should learn to control her crotch goblins. Additionally, at least here, if you can't pay, they'll just repossess all your stuff to the cost of the damages
Story 2: OP should put in a clause in the work agreement that any unpaid monies will be charge interest after 30 days of %5 per day on the amount still owing until that amount plus the interest is paid in full. Story 3: They should have said to Karen that they would drop the suit if she paid the $900 lawyer fee, otherwise they would continue and would be seeking legal fees (now $1800 because it went to court) plus some other amount for damages/etc Story 4: OP needs to say to all the people taking the entitled sister Karen's side that if they believe this and condone Karen's actions then they should have no issue giving Karen money to help replace the iPad or allow Karen's kids to come use their iPad/computer/etc unsupervised. Story 5: How hard is it to just stick a sticker on the outside of the bag as there are often stickers left at the bottom of the basket/bin the produce is in.
It can be a day or 2 day job, depending on the framework and if you need to make it responsive, which today is a requirement. So today it is more like a day and a half at least. That makes at least 5 meals in my book.
Story 4... that is why I have the device have the screens locking, so others cannot use them without me. Replacing a shattered screen is possible. Personally, I would have talked with the retailer, and seen if I could have arranged some sort of payment plan, or something to get up and running faster. Insurance might also be able to be used... But would also taken them to court as soon as the first refusal, since they stole and vandalized the device. Taking someone's expensive equipment, giving it to kids, then when they broke it, leaving it in that place without even notifying the own shows me intent of not wanting to own up to their problem.
Story 4- that ipad was part of the equipment OP uses for work. Its how he makes his money. So, in a way, its similar to sister letting her kids loose in an office and they distroy a computer. You would expect that office to sue her for damage to their equipment. Offering her own father's ipad as a replacement wouldn't cut it there. It certainly doesn't in this situation either. What a leech.
Story #3: If the Karen lawyer was advised by anyone not to proceed with this suit, she absolutely ignored this advice. Karens are always right. Persuading them to see reason is impossible.
I heard someone say that talking to a Karen is like talking to a drunk person. They don’t listen, they always believe that they’ve done absolutely nothing wrong, and it’s a waste of time and energy.
@@tmntfangirl4700 I agree with you with ONE exception: Drawing out the interaction in order to get one of these epic stories and maybe even getting to see a Karen get her comeuppance.
The iPad story: here in Brazil, an iPad Pro with 1Tb is around 19K without LYE, the Apple Pencil alone, is 1,5K. I would sue immediately. If your sister can have kids that destroys other people’s things, then she needs to replace the broken stuff.
Story 1 reminds me of something that happened when I was a kid. My family loves to go fishing at the boat ramps to the bays and passes (think bodies of salt water that lead to a gulf or ocean). There's a biat ramp we frequently used to launch our boat or just fish off the peir. There are signs everywhere that warn against swimming, diving, or jumping in the water. One holiday, we went there to just fish off the bank that's a short drive down the dirt path past the boat launch. We noticed a family that was swimming in the water, but they were wearing thick water shoes. My dad shouted out to be careful, pointing out the signs. After we had settled into our spot, we hear screams coming from the launch. My sister and i decided to run back to see what was happening. Oh how I wish we hadn't! Paramedics were coming up the way and a screaming kid, maybe 10 or so years old, was bleeding profusely from his foot, she shoe was cut clean through. Paramedics had to cut the shoe away and the kid's foot was practically bisected between the big toe and second toe. Under the water in that area, are massive oyster reefs. The shells are razor sharp. This is why those signs are posted everywhere. Lesson: DO NOT IGNORE SIGNS THAT WARN YOU OF DANGER.
Story 4: First off, coward move for hiding behind family to cover your ass after your mistake. Second, if anyone called me about it, I'd have said "Oh, so she told you that she stole my expensive IPAD without so much as asking, let her children destroy it unsupervised, and you feel that I should be out the two grand because of her theft and irresponsibility? Don't feed her entitlement. And if you must, do it away from me, because if you continue to pester me, I will consider you to be equally entitled and sever all ties."
Some lawyers are crazy. I knew a paralegal (inmates can't become lawyers) who threatened his wife with a lawsuit if she didn't get him drugs in prison.
I personally LOVED the conditions under which the fisherman would not press charges! The kid will remember that pain and hopefully in future understand it was his mom's fault!
The OP who was fishing, where the kid was jumping off the bridge when signs were posted not to do so, is NOT the bad guy. This is all about the Mom who seems to think her son can do no wrong and ends up torturing her child as she's so stupid as to refuse help offered. I'm surprised CPS didn't get called on her, as - at the very least - a report should have been filed. With her being so stupid, I'd have real fears as to what could happen to that child in the future. Laws regarding interference with hunting or fishing exist for very valid reasons. People who do this (interfere) are so often hurt, or even killed, just like the young boy was in this story. Change the story to where OP was a hunter, tramping around in a field hunting pheasant with a rifle. (This happened many times near where I grew up as there was this large field near farms.) Those of us living there knew when hunting season kicked off, and we knew we had to stay indoors for that time. At least once it seemed every season someone would get shot, usually one hunter shooting another. A few times it was kids though. We weren't even allowed to play in our backyard that was fenced as you never knew where a bullet would go. Yes, some people couldn't wait to start shooting until they were the proper distance. One of our jobs we had every spring was to go over the back walls of our house, garage, shed, and so forth checking for bullet holes that had to be repaired. We didn't always find any, but you had to look.
Story 4: the dynamics of the family are shot anyway. She has divided the family when she sicced half of them on OP to guilt him into letting her slide. She should not have let her kids play with someone else's IPad, whether it was the OP's or the Dad's. She didn't care about her kids possibly breaking it. They see their kids break so much of their own stuff they no longer think twice if they break someone else's. I would sue, but even if OP wins, if she can't pay, she won't, and if OP demands payments, I doubt he'd ever get them all.
Database Story: OP's only major mistake was not telling each group requesting more features that yes he can add the features however each extra feature will cost [dollar amount] on top of the base charge of $2,000.00...and ONLY do the additional work when the extra money has been paid...
story #4. OP you are NTA. Your sister is and so is YOUR FATHER and all the other 'relatives' that are dissing on YOU. SHE took your iPad, WITHOUT PERMISSION, and allowed HER children to BREAK IT. IF she was any kind of decent person she would be going out immediately to get you a NEW one, EXACTLY the same, with all necessary software that you can't transfer over. As for your father, I just shake my head.
The young man whose sister broke his iPad by letting her little monsters play with it. Sir, you are not the bad guy in this scenario the sister is make her pay for it and that’s the end of it. Thank you for sharing.
Story 1, my dad took my son , then 5, out on the lake fishing. My son got a hook in his thumb. My dad got it out, cleaned it out and put a bandaid on son's thumb. A first aid Snickers bar and the promise of chili dogs for lunch quieted the tears. At my dad's funeral, my son told the story of how his grandpa always had first aid Snickers bars in his tackle box
I was helping a family friend out and that morning one of their kids broke my mom's laptop in order to wake me up. The screen was crack. Their mom was extremely upset with them for doing so because I was up the previous night helping her locate one of the cats. My mom did not persue getting the computer fixed.
Story 2: I had read of a guy who was able to foreclose on Wells Fargo bank. Went so far as the Sheriff was loading the branch office's computers, desks, everything into the back of a moving truck. A good Sheriff don't put up with companies that screw people an then shirk their legal duties.
Story 2 - Happens all the time with bullying managers till they meet someone willing to fight back or they burn every bridge. I've known several clients push people way too hard, not pay people, then become homeless as they're bent over by the department of labor and various judgements. Once you have a history of not paying people it's hard to shake that reputation.
Story 2: The one mistake that the “company,” made was, they didn’t word their contract correctly. Had they worded it to say that there would be no payment in the event of a cancellation, they would have won the lawsuit. And that’s why you always read everything in a contract, and never sign it if not in your best interests.
It was the fact the contract as it was initially designed was completed... it was all the additions and changes which were not part of the contract which were not done. That means the company was breaching the contract by not paying.
