Those “condiment packets” are swelled up battery packs it happens, sometimes with phones and tablets, and other devices with similar batteries it’s due to gas buildup when the battery overheats it’s one reason why you should always use the charger that comes with your phone as even though some devices have the same charger, they have different voltage output.

They're super funky but super destructive little dudes that are currently being an invasive species and swarming places they shouldn't be. My state is practically covered in them, and since we get most of our money from agriculture, they're actually at a kill-on-site status all throughout my state. Beautiful with their red wings though; they don't bite or anything but they do give off a sticky substance that easily grows black mold, so they're detrimental to public health as well. I wanna catch some and cast them in resin for my collection
