If the Koopa Kingdom is smart enough to build airships, they're smart enough to build walls and proper security systems. It's all a show for Mario and friends to have fun, and so they go Go-karting on the weekends, they invite bowser for help with the Party gameboards and minigames. And when the Star Festival showers the kingdom in magical power, Bowser makes ENTIRE GALAXIES of adventure for his friend mario to explore, always close enough to reach each other on the star power held in each of them. So of COURSE they go Gokarting together. Bowser even remakes sections of his castles and mansions for it, as does princess peach with her castle and the toads with their racetrack. It's all fun and games, and bowser just plays along.

The funny thing about the ignominious one, is that the teacher probably thought he was a lot more ignominious (deserving of shame) than he was!

There's also the fact that a lot of pyramid-shaped buildings were designed to have a distinct look that stood out from other buildings. There was this guy Imhotep who was building a mausoleum for a pharoah named Djoser and he REALLY liked Djoser and thought the standard custom of the time wasn't good enough. So he started building on top of it and came up with the pyramid shape which would be emulated by later pharaohs and evolve into the famous design. In a similar vein, a lot of pyramid buildings were designed for religious functions. The Aztec pyramids were temples, were they not? They would have wanted to build something worthy of their gods so it makes sense they would choose a shape that was practical but could be made into something distinctive that stood out. The same could also be said for the Sumerian Ziggurats.

Fun Fact: I too have RU-vid premium because the ads on RU-vid have become so absurd I was forced to. With that said I STILL have the ad blockers on and active, as of this post I've blocked 198 ads even with premium.
