closest thing to the c-west kit for the r34 in nfs is sun line racing. c-west is on the s15 and s2000. wish they have re amemiya, feed, r magic, veilside kits for the fd3s
@@Kyriakos703 It's hard to explain. If you've played Race Driver: Grid from 2008 or even drifted in Forza, Horizon or the main games, cars don't feel tethered. NFS drifting from '15 and on always feels like it's on a rail, artificial and fake.
Ah I see what you mean. While I haven't played an nfs game since underground 2 and most wanted, I get what you mean. From what I could gather nfs driving and physics in general took a more "Casual" turn,from having some race simulating aspects - in say, underground 2 - to a complete "arcade experience". Game's basically a AAA version of asphalt at this point. I honestly got excited for this game, until I saw an r35 going full speed in a turn and just snaps on a 45 degree angle, taking the turn like it's nothing. "needs some work" is putting it lightly. Edit: I should add that turn was a hard left, like damn near 90 degree turn. Which makes it all the more stupid.
@@DriverManiak true but on their insta there is an AMG sliding without countersteering either. That's why I'm assuming there's once again no proper drifting
Sleeper x Dynomight this is really bothering me... i get its an arcade game but the least they could do is put in a few real physical details like counter steering in our case. 2015 had it good
@@autoteamsoarers1959 2015's countersteering is one of the things that fucked that game's handling. You don't want it back. You still have to countersteer anyway, it just doesn't show much visually.

@@hyoxxii Ok, but also remember he doesn't have the best tires.They have an effect on how good the car drifts. But it doesn't look super grippy, the car was drifting all over the place.
Third underground style game, and they still haven't changed the skyline sound to an actual rb26...but its whatever...the turbo sounds great...I cant wait for this game

What do you mean? This is exactly what the real ones sound like. Everyone just expects it to sound like the one from 2fast 2furious, which is doable in real life but wouldn't be the authentic stock sound for the car
i like how you turn right to drift right and then lets go of the wheel and the car drift like its no big deal even tho u should turn left to slide normaly right

@@oscaralvarado2899 But then at that point you could just say every NFS game is just NFS 2015 but changed around a bit. NFS Heat has entirely different day/night system, weather system, map, events, more customization, etc. Just because the customization isn't THAT much more doesn't mean it's just NFS 2015 but for 2019.
If only Volk rims were in the game, eh oh well, also this is really nice, the crown Vics looks awesome as always, and it's cool seeing sorta legit and toned down dispatch and comms lol, oh and that R34 is stunning ❤
Basically, if you do a drift build, it will handle like payback, also grip it's REAL grip, not like 2015. Now you have a lot of performance parts to play with them and making your handle your own
@@fanzach9524 double acceleration is just another drift button, it is still drift to turn. I will wait to see more in depth handling video with tunning
@@fanzach9524 I actually prefer 2015 handling over payback or what's in this video it was fun and front wheels counter-steer while drifting, but it was just broken not finished and drift is faster than grip which makes no sense
Will there be dedicated drift races? 🤔 Like in NFS Underground 2 where they had drifting tracks as well as canyon drift races. If not, this game will be missing an integral part. I'm not being picky, I'm just saying this game is almost giving us what we die hard NFS fans have been asking for, and the drift races are quite important in my opinion.
I think you guys are blaming the physics where you should be blaming the driver. I think if you would countersteer properly you'd be able to initiate long drifts.
i dunno man, looks like drifting in this game is pretty limited, visually it looks weird. it feels as though the car is getting dragged as if... reverse drift boost you know? We'll have to get our hands on it to really tell though. and also choosing an all wheel drive car for a drift build... yeah... unless there were rwd conversion kits in this game, not the best idea.

The game looks awesome. But something that I don't understand is why all stock cars shoot flames??? I think is better when you upgrade you car and make it shoot flames. But if all cars shoot flames even if are stock...is meh.
The Skyline you tuned looks awfully like the 900 HP Skyline of a German Tuner/RU-vidr called JP Performance. The color and the wheels match almost perfectly.
@@soulkouga3452 And? What does it change? Underground 2 was an arcade too, and it even had full tuning on dyno, and in RWD car you actually had to countersteer in order to drift properly, or you would spin out.
It will be really strange to dont see any Supras or AE86 this time,the car list its incomplete without Toyota rides,imagine if they added the MR2 again or the 2000GT coupe...
They again reused the sound from NFS 2015 but still bit better - louder pops, better turbo effect. R32 has better sound and it`s closer to RB26 in NFS 2015/Payback - I think they again reused it but not 100% sure.
A M finally someone that knows, the “rb26 sound” they all know and love is either a single turbo’d rb26 or a twin turbo with and equal length front pipe (neither factory avaliable) if anything.... this is pretty much how a stock gtr would sound (or any tt gtr with an unequal front pipe)
what you hear is a stock rb, with twin turbos and "stock" cams that "one rb26" sound from F&F and Grid Autosport has mostly different cams and a single turbo. that's what makes the engine sound different.then you could slap on an hks exhaust system for more of a growl.
HP indicator is on the left from the tachometer and speedometer. Plus Ghost didn`t put effort to animate the characters (except the steering wheel rotation that barely make 1 spin) in the car like Criterion in NFS Hot Pursuit 2010. This game had better steering wheel rotation the Forza plus if it`s manual it had shifting animation, and if it`s auto it not shifting or they made paddle animation. Since Ghost focused more on the detail of the interior they didn`t put even cockpit view. At least Ghost did better job in the interior then Black Box back back then. All characters from NFS Underground 1 till NFS The Run they just stayed in the cockpit and they didn`t moved the steering wheel even. The only time they did 2 cockpit views for 2 cars was for NFS Hot Pursuit 2 PS2 version when they`ve just started developing NFS.
@@tejanb.s1218 start from 0:01 and look closely on the left. It`s repair bar that if it`s going down you take damage after your bar is down your car is totaled - just like NFS Hot Pursuit 2010/Rivals.
Why didn't they just use the R32 sound instead of this trash? I didn't want to hear the damned Payback R34 sound in this. Why does nearly every racing game fuck up the sound of the R34? I just don't get it. The R32, R33, and 34 all sound pretty similar. I can't believe these games don't at least just use the same sound for all 3 even tho they each sound slightly different. The R32 in this game sounds pretty damned good according to what I heard of it in Riot's videos. Just use that FFS. :/
The only thing I can say I’m not liking at this point is just the map when driving. The icons are too big in it, and there seems to be no option (as far as I know) to alter it and / or enlarge it slightly. Everything else is just AWESOME! Can’t wait!!!
READ!!! Another new thing! Maybe it's me a noob in this but ai noticed that you can unequip parts from other cars that you have already purchased and equip them from car to car without having to buy them to every single car!!!
