I have fond memories of watching this series has a teenager . Although I'm from Clydebank, I spent half my childhood in East Anglia and used to watch this with my brother and my parents. I've been back living in my native Clydebank which is just outside of Glasgow, so I get a kick when I recognise different parts of the city. As a matter of fact, later episodes when the series returned were filmed in my home town, as was the case with Still Game and Chewin the Fat.
I always watched Rab as a kid..And saw this episode. Little did I know that I would actually go on to live in Spain, Fuengirola. Not far from the Hotel , shown here Las Piramides!

Why would debt collectors need to drive as erratic as that at the start? Not quite sure why that was needed at the start haha it just would not happen.
