Bloody Hell. Recce absolutely essential. Wouldn't fancy turning up there in the pitch black trying to find a minute acorn. I'd be a bit nervous running in the daylight with some of those drops.

Outstanding effort on the Arc Adam. You should have got some plygs in for yoyr channel on their live stream.

So you got the black buckle, congrats on your arc run, amazing,, my son completed in 40th position and got the gold buckle, his brother was crewing for him,, this is an amazing sport So inspiring and motivational, thanks for the video Some of those cliff edge path positions look very dodgy, golly what's it like in the dark

I'm glad i stumbled across this video. Thanks Adam for making it. I attempted the Arc 2 years ago and it went horribly wrong for me before Penzance. So I'm back this year to make things right. Fingers crossed for us both.

Amazing video Adam and a great insight to what awaits you in a few weeks time, I can't imagine being 60 miles in, tired and in the dark trying to navigate some of those sections and missing the yellow acorns.
