yes use the oil you would put in your transmission side. main thing to make sure is that the oil DOES NOT have the moly additive in it. Moly will make the clutch slip but works as extra protection on the engine side.
@RedBullBurger25 You should be able to feel your clutch is slipping when you ride, also the bike will want to crawl forward with the clutch level is pulled in. Normally your clutch will disengage with about 1/3 pull left in the level, when you gotta pull it all the way to the grip to get the bike to sit still you know the clutch plates are worn out.
to loosen the clutch springs off you dont actually need to do them in a certain order or way just to put them back on, and the fibers will have a smoother side and a really rough side doesnt matter wich one faces out but they do all have to be the same mathes on transworld shows it alot better but its not overly diffiult to do
I use two different oils for trany and engine. Should I use trany oil to soak the fibers or does it even matter what oil I use? appreciate if someone with knowledge could explain.
Have anyone ever used TMV clutch kit. I read the topic where a guy said that tmv clutch kit is a garbage. I don't want to believe that the kit shows side effects in the first training. Any experience ?
