@@lapernice6978 --- That's actually the one critique I have with season 3 - its ending is basically a repetition of the end of season 1: When Shy's manager tells Midge to simply tell jokes about "the Shy from the boat", it was clear that this was not going to end well. In the first season Midge's career was hindered by her telling the truth about Sophie's character, and now her career is hindered again, by her making "the same mistake" with her jokes about Shy. That was a little lazy by the writers of the show. Something new/different would have been better. But nonetheless: give me season 4 already. :)

It is absolutely bizarre to watch Rachel Brosnahan act naturally. She is so convincing as Mrs. Maisel, once you've seen the show you can't imagine her any other way. What I was most shocked by was not the hair or the voice, but the energy and demeanor - Rachel is a very relaxed and phlegmatic person, basically the complete opposite of her sanguine bouncing-off-the-walls performance of Miriam. What talent!

As awesome as Maisel is, Fleabag is on a different level. The writing is far more nuanced, the wit is Monty python-esque and unlike Maisel it never gets dull or dry for a second

@@gautamramdas6506 fleabag is boring she uses jokes to seem like shes different from other girls bc she makes jokes about feminism, also the sitcom is 20 minutes and has a few funny moments but maisel is 1 hour long show with more seasons and more humour (its rliterally stand up comedy oriented)

You can say that about any of the girls on jimmy kimmel. They are actors, it's highly scripted, and they are use to being around a lot of people all the time. This is their dream to make it onto all these late night talk shows since this means they are somewhat relevant. They prepare so much and put in a lot of effort to market themselves. You will notice that some of these girls put on a specific act or they just try to be as bubbly as possible. But 99% of these people do not act like this in real life.

I completely get her song lyrics problem: it took me until the age of 25 to realize that ABBA was singing "I was defeated, you won the war" in Waterloo. For years all I could hear was "I was defeated, you wonderwall." Glad I'm not the only one not hearing straight!
