Rachel Sweet - Eric Bazilian of The Hooters talks about working with Rachel Sweet 

Thanks for posting this! I have a Rachel Sweet FB page and also wondered why or how Rachel didn't get evolved writing with Eric/Hooters since they both had people in common with Rick and William Whitman who produced.

Cool clip. As a power-pop aficionado, I'll have to check out that Rex Smith album. Just a small clarification: Rachel was signed to England's Stiff Records during the period just before "Everlasting Love," which was the last time she had anything to do with punk (which was never much to begin with.) So, she was never a "part of the NY punk scene."
