However, prior to this step, according to the screen, it appears you already had a $20 balance. How did you get that $20 balance? I _suspect_ you either a) first put money into the machine or b) put a voucher ticket worth $20 into the machine. But either way, you should have showed how to do that step. A newbie, who has never used these machines before, after watching this video, still wouldn't know what to do.
