we see what it did on a unpreped surface! soon we will be taking the car to a prepped track! thank you to our good friend mike for letting us use his facility!
Great videos, congrats on getting your fbody. I've had a bunch back in the day and I'm now putting together one. Also a 79 Z28 and with a 4-speed. Mine is a survivor and is Carmine Red
Your channel has become a "insta like" for me, automatic thumbs up. You racing your grandfather was the coolest thing I have seen in a long time, yea, I was pulling for him in that goat;) Thank you man, I love this very much!!
I have 2 Chevy Lagunas from 76 that want to race that Z28. One has a 400 small and the other has a 307. Both are mildly built with 373 gears. If you ever come to Virginia, maybe we could race. For the women, for the glory and for the fun. Mostly for the fun.
sounds like a plan! i have some parts sitting on the shelf for next season and hopefully go high to mid 7s in the 1/8 but for now this a fun reliable set up! sounds like you got some fun cars too! if i ever make it down there i’d definitely line em up! thanks for watching!
thank you! i will be honest my reaction time that day wasn’t that good but i wasn’t really focused on cutting a good light. i appreciate the comment! and more to come!
I absolutely can’t wait to buy a project car and go to the drag strip! I almost bought a 2001 mustang gt about a week ago. The guy was asking 2000$ for it and it didn’t need much. Had a bit of surface rust but thats it. The car has never seen winter (where i live they put salt on thr roads for winter). I was gonna buy it but another man beat me to it! Maybe one day when I get my hands on a good car I could come and race you for fun?
