What a fun and fascinating film! You guys bring the hilarity to educational vids!!! Abalone off my California coast have just collapsed population wise in my lifetime. It's very sad.

Wonderful fun video. Only ever seen them in aquariums so far - never while diving. Fingers crossed that will will start to change!

Very dramatic and instructive video. I must say, a balanced ecosystem, intact habitat, and events like sea star wasting disease and the poor recovery of sunstars is unfortunately not included. Naming sunstars and sea otters as critical predators, ignores the unbalanced distribution of these species after sea star waiting and historic sea otter annihilation. The trophic ballance of the Salish Seas is drastically interrupted and will remain so until it is able to rebalance.
