As a Delhiite, you are right about Delhi having manmade mountains of garbage. I have lived in Haldwani, Uttarakhand for few months and I swear the state is so beautiful, so much greenery and nature, fragrant, clean air and no garbage. When i came back to delhi, i could smell the place. Dunno if it is funny or sad.

I went to Bali recently, I have gym experience of 3 years and have been slightly into looksmaxxing which is basically skincare but apparently its gay for incels. When I went there foreigners (white people specifically) I interacted with complimented me on my physique and one even was surprised that I was from India and I am light brown. They were not only surprised by my looks overall but the ability and confidence I had when I interacted with them I had better lexicon and fluency than them. They even tried to say that I might be Indian living in USA. Its this exact factor, their assumptions about Indian people are so low that they can't fathom someone who physically and intellectually mogs them and doesn't worship them like Indians here do.

Very real man. These stereotypes are made just because they're true. I've been working since 2yrs when i got aware of this situation, educating my collegues. Some of them accept it but most of them listen it and ignore it with a laugh. Recently i went to a famous temple in Maharashtra, Tuljapur. I was about to vomit because of the smell this crowd carried with them in this humid climate. That was literally one of the worst thing I've faced, and I'm not going to any crowded place again. I use deodrant daily. My friends laugh on me that who uses "spray" everyday. These idiots don't even know the difference between deo and perfume. Firstly i used to get clean shave. But the people here remark those who do clean shave as "chakka". I literally had to change my style due to this. If i find an area near my hostel which is like a dumping area, I start treating that area by cleaning it for days. The people feel that something's wrong with me. They make me feel that I'm an idiot who's cleaning the area. And these people are generally the one's who throw their garbage in those areas. Atlast i want to say. If you dont want to change, don't. But never interfere someone who wants to get out of this sh*thole unlike you. I dont know for how long I'll keep doing this until the society changes me and make me like their own.

It's not necessary that you have to invest money on market protein . You can have legumes, peanuts, and grams mixed together , raw vegetables (salad), soyabean, fruits on daily basis, non veg(if you are non vegetarian) . If you think gym is costly, then workout at home - do calisthenics basics, yoga, stretching, pilates, aerobic & so on. decrease screen time, take good amount of sunlight too rather than sitting in the dark room for days, sleep soundly and for 8 hours a day, talk to positive and happy people, consume good knowledge, stay away from social media so you can focus on yourself.
