I miss hearing "Vulcan running in" but I miss her howl more than anything you could see all through the airshow people turn their heads as soon as she powered up. Every aircraft is a beautiful sound but this was special. Thankyou for this footage it is some of the best iv seen
Gosh, looking at all the jets on the runway gives me chills. The biggest aircraft I've taken off in on that runway was a Piper PA-28! Smallest was a bloody Vigilant Glider (aka lawnmower with wings)! Nice footage!
Airshow World Are there still Buccaneers flying? My father was an avionics designer/project manager on many of the jets from the 50s, 60s and 70s, including the Buccaneer.
Airshow World One being worked on now.......not sure if they have a estimated time for the renovation . It's the a group that restores old planes with the name of a manufacturer.....could be hawker I honestly cannot remember
Hello to you Airshow world. WOW!!!! What great videography again here indeed : )))) nice to see the jaguars to....I did`nt expect to see them flying again???? FABULOUS...... Martin Baker....
Airshow World I spoke to one of the ground crew, he said up until 2005 about 20 were kept air worthy "just in case" but not they are only used for marshalling training. Nice video :) Furthest Ive travelled for an airshow, well worth it.
i heard that in this years airshow they may have a concorde and a tu144 visting during thd 2017 cosford airshow i will be seeing this if i can you should as well if you havent seen the concorde or the tu 144 concordski
Hi Steven, the best way to get the freqs, is to just Google the airshow or airfield you are interested in, or another option is www.militaryairshows.co.uk, you should find the frequencies for all the airshows here as well.
No, it's just a combination of a vortex at the tip of the vertical and the engine exhaust. The fuel dump ports are on the undersides of the wings, and they wouldn't dump fuel unless there was a dire emergency.
Alex Harrison Hi Alex the Airshow is Sunday 14th June, as far as Arrivals they don't have many because of the short runway, the fast jets should park at RAF Shawbury
