What does she mean by "free Palestine"? Don't Palestinians have the right of return to the territories under palestinian authority rule, such as Gaza and the west bank?
Ill start my poem, when the Jews were attacked and killed in 1920 by their Arab neighbors before Israel became a state, Ill continue my poem, when the Jews were attacked and killed by their Arab neighbors in 1929 before Israel ever became a state..... Ill end this short poem with the over one million Jews who were exiled and expelled from their homes by their Arab neighbors (Arab League) without any right to return to their homes until this very day. killing of anyone is extremely sad and frustrating and lets keep honest. of course its not right to kill innocent Palestinians or innocent Jews or any innocent human being, there is something deeper to this issue. I don't see what Israel would gain by intentionally killing innocent civilians....
He did, she did. He said, she said. There has to be a way to freeze the current moment, the now, and ask, "How do we fix this?" It won't be fair, because there is no fair way to decide what happens to land that was taken from someone's grandfather and is now lived in (and paid for, even if not to the original taker), by someone else's grandson. A first step? Make the border checkpoints efficient and treat passing Palestinians with dignity. Nothing will improve if the only contact Palestinians have with Israelis is when those Israelis are members of the military treating a border crossing like a ghetto gate. Then, offer to support the rebuilding of the infrastructure-- electricity, water, etc. For Palestinians? I'm not sure what they can do to "freeze" the moment. Can they place effective pressure on the Gaza government to stand in the way of people who want to send rockets to Israel? A Palestinian military defeat is as good as carved in stone, but this "pre-defeat" period is terrible, too. If Palestinians are to think in terms of freezing the moment, they'll need to see a possibility that is better than being defeated militarily.
You know, two wrongs don't make a right, and the people responsible for that are more likely dead already. Let me judge you for yourself and not for all your ancestors, and I'd appreciate it if you do the same with living people, for that's what there is, living people. The dead are dead, whatever they didn't pay for, you won't make them pay it now.

One question: will she ever answer the crux of the matter: Is she willing to accept the existence of Israel and the two-state solution or does she just advocate for the one-state solution which is wiping Israel out of the Earth? She's never answers that part, does she? Never answers that part!
Daniel García - Palestinians have no right to leave this open air prison called Gaza, neither they can defeat the fourth strongest military in the world that Israel has...and you are making them a victim? Also, it would help if you read the Balfour declaration. Then you would understand that people cannot be made to leave their land in this case the Palestinians so that others can come and occupy it.
If she got her way and Palestine was self-governed, then in all certainty Hamas and other jihadist groups would not allow this woman to be free or to dress this way (as "freedom" and equality is defined in her mind)...
