This is a Sneak Peak of my current Project.
The idea is to bring back features which existed and now don't anymore, or add new features + make Vehicles more immersive.
This is not about new Vehicles or similar. This is purely about features and behaviour of Vehicles.
Current working Features:
- Working Oil fluid
- Wheels wear out over time - also depending on surface and speed (rpm)
- If any vital attachment (spark plug, glow plug, car battery or truck battery) is damaged or badly damaged, then you might need to try a few times until the engine starts
- If the engine is in damaged state or worse, it will leak oil fluid
- Smoke particles when oil is missing or too low
- Vehicles will have a random chance to slightly slide when it's raining on offroad surfaces. Offroad Vehicles are not affected, such as Ada or Humvee.
- Vehicle attachments will fall off when ruined
- Lowered heating players in Vanilla Vehicles to max 19 degrees (was 30)
- Lowered Battery Energy consumption on Vehicle start to 8 (Default 15)
- Lowered Battery charging when Engine running
- Infected and animals will attack passengers now inside vehicles, if the respective door is open or missing
- You can turn heating inside Vehicles on/off (Driver and CoDriver only!)
- added custom heating fan interior sound
- You can turn on low beam or high beam on all Vehicles now!
Vehicles will not heat players if:
- Car Door is open or missing
- Hood does not count
- Any Window of a Car Door is ruined
- Any Window of the Car is ruined
- Trunk does count as Car Door, because depending on the Vehicle type, it would realistically let air inside if open or missing.
