Mam, a huge thanks for sharing your culinary expertise with us. I just love the way you explain and when you do its just like someone from our family talking to us. And while I am cooking, the icing on the cake is listening to your great father's songs! Mikka Nanri!
Thank you for teaching this Native recipe 😍 For a single summer special video of yours there is atleast 2 or 3 days of shoot and behind this all we could see is a lot of hard work commitments for delivering the best and huge self motivation... Loads to learn from you mam.

Thank you amma my husband asking me to do ragi koozh one week before.correct time u upload the video I'm happy when I see the video thank you so much. I have never try this before tomorrow going to give a try.
I have a doubt.Afer cooking the ragi porridge in the evening, should we keep in the fridge &use it in the morning to make the koozh.or can we keep it at room temperature overnight?
Hi mam, i tried this receipe. I mixed the ragi flour with water around 8am and wanted to boil it at 8pm. Still i couldn't find the flour mixed with water to be fermented. I had kept it in a normal vessel and got the flour directly from a shop . Is it because of that? Please reply so that i can do the receipe frequently.
Very nice explanation mam .. my husband likes this .. but every time I try it becomes failure .. u have explained the measurements perfectly . Will follow this here after . Thanks A Lot
What an amazing teacher! I think it is your child like enthusiasm for knowledge that makes you one. Do post more millet recipes for summer. Thanks so much.
I learnt the same recipe from my husband's side family. They wil do the same way like you did in this recipe. But they will always make it bulk. I always wanted to try for 2 people but was not confident enough with measurements. Your measurements gave me a confidence now . I will make it this weekend
thanks a lot for this recipe ma.. I did not remember the exact method of making this Koozh, my mother used to prepare this for me.. She is no more now, i did not know whom to ask. Thanks again for the detailed steps :)
