No, that's incorrect. It's a canon finishing move used by Super Saiyan 3 Goku that's more powerful than the Super Kamehameha. It's listed right in the Dragon Ball Wiki. If you can type a comment here, than you can head to Google to look it up too.

SSJ3 Goku's moveset should be: Meteor Impact (Great move, should definitely stay) True Kamehameha as a blast 2 Explosive Wave (SSJ3 is about raw power so it makes sense) A rush blast 2 that shows off SSJ3's power. Should look similar to Burst Rush Dragon Fist as the ultimate.

Raging Blast had it's flaws but I appreciate a lot of the super attacks and how accurate most of them looked. And the auras and signature moves. It also included the true Super Spirit Bomb. Idk what Dimps was thinking about in Xenoverse. They got a lot right but a lot is wrong too.
I also really miss the original Super Saiyan hair and color. After this game and Rb they got rid of it and just went with the Cell Saga hair. I also really liked the Ss2's in Spike's games. The hair was on point,the aura, and lightning and they fight slightly faster. Dimps always messes up the Ss2's. Even after all this time.

I think for Super Saiyan Goku it should have Angry Kamehameha and Instant Transmission Kamehameha as two separate ultimates since they were in Tenkaichi 3
+Vincent Cabrera Characters don't have separate ultimates in Raging Blast. The only exception is Goku's Spirit Bomb ultimate having bonus items you can equip to change what kind of Spirit Bomb it is. Even then, having Instant Transmission Kamehameha as an ultimate seems a bit...cheap...in a game like this...
aw... i actually really like 3s ultimate cause it matched the show so well... when he used to blow kid buu to bits in one shot even though buu regenerated from it for the umpteenth time. the way goku fell to his knees right after he used it was one of those omg moments.
The Kaioken thing i'd imagine is them reusing an old voice clip... god knows why, but it makes sense, the x2 and x3 would require new voice clips. hence the CORRECT pronunciation.
I believe True Kamehameha is a reference to when he used Kamehameha against Kid Buu in the anime. I don't think they wanted to use Dragon Fist, since maybe they thought it was to much of a GT thing, and ontop of that they didn't include Giant Characters so their only excuse to put it in wouldn't exist in the game. I do personally like True Kamehameha as a concept, it is a little boring in practice but still cool.
RB1 gave you so much space you could really make overpowered characters, that's what I mean by 'broken'. Basically with the space you have you can max out a number of attributes like melee, super strength and defense. Even though the armor items take up a lot of space, you can still beef up your character quite a bit.
It doesn't matter if you know what you're doing or not. They slowed down many of the cancels in RB2 making it so you have to finish the animation before 'cancelling' into another attack[kinda making it pointless as a cancel]. I.E. Goku's Smash:Low>Charge Attack is much slower in RB2, making it so you almost 'drop' the opponent before it hits, while in RB1 you can hit the opponent before they complete the tripping animation.
Just in case it has not been answered. The Point blank beam to the face as your opponent is on the ground in SS3 form was from Goku's fight with Kid Buu. the beam went straight through the planet of the Kais.
Goku used the True Kamehameha against Kid Buu. Kid Buu used his one on Kakarot. Goku then counterattack with his own and said. "This is a real kamehameha." Or something along those lines. Find the manga, its there. ^^
Answer to 8:09 I can't tell am I really sure, but I guess it was taken from Goku SSJ3 vs Kid Buu fight when Goku said he have no time to gain energy, but anyway he executed such kamehameha wave turning Kid Buu to shreds, but of course Buu survived and Goku was exhausted. Buu not only survived, but multiplied from shreds of his body and started to shoot at Goku.
holy shit 0_o i didn't even know this game came out lol, man am i behind. I really like that they gave the characters LOTS of moves in each form, vs. just having 2 and an ultimate. I love ssj3 goku's rush, because that's very similar to the move he did to kid buu. Gotta pick this up!
@InfiniteKiller101 Yeah, Kami's Lookout has been confirmed, along with Hell, Glacier, and Dark Planet. Hopefully they'll get the hyperbolic time chamber in their too. The stages are so huge in RB that it'd be great if they had alot more.
@JackOfen Yes, Hatchyack has been confirmed along with the Plan to destroy the Saiyans completely remastered and rescripted OVA. It will be released with every copy of Raging Blast 2, and Hatchyack is a confirmed character.

@shukriyyah100 umm i'm pretty sure in story mode of Raging blast 1 that you can't customize your character and are given set moves so that you don't break official story fights. It saves character space and in my opinion makes it more fun so you can pick the moves YOU want to use, not just what you're stuck with
Super Saiyan 2 and 3 were taken from the battle with kid buu. I like what they did with meteor blast. they increased it's speed from the show, which was a beatdown followed by a blast to buu's face.

@Strawedify I think he does opponents who first the transformation. Like Buu was the first one to see SSj3 and Frieza Final Form was the first to see Super Saiyan.
@hotwhire No, it doesnt. 1) Problem across RB in general. Hope it gets fixed in 2, but honestly in the show when he fired it the screen turned blue not red. 2) They just dont zoom in on his face like in BT3. He still has an angry expression though. 3) The explosion on RB is a lot better. Now for some other things. In BT3 he just goes into Kaioken as he pulls his hands back. In RB you get to see him power up before he fires it. Its spelled right in RB.
I'll never forgive them for get rid of the Dragon Fist as SSJ3 Goku's ultimate. True Kamehameha should to be a super move instead of the Super Kamehameha.
@Altar360 that's great. now theres only one character that needs to be in a DB/Z/GT game: Farmer w/ Shotgun YEAH I even have 2 ideas for supers and an ultimate 1. Super: Shotugn blast (simple) 2. Super: A rush with his fork ultimate: he uses some kind of flute to call all those strange purple birds from his farm and they will run over the opponent.

@LethalPlayers well...the reason why its not is becuz raging blast didnt include the movies so janemba and hirudegarn (the monster goku killed with dragon fist) didnt exist and if goku used dragon fist on hirudegarn but he doesnt exist so that means he never did dragon fist and they didnt include that move :/ but it would still be awesome if they did they only have attacks all the way up to buu saga srry atleast they made up some stuff like vegeta ssj3 and broly ssj3 that counts for something...
somehow you kinda right RB graphics is why make it that dope and the game fighting speed too,it would have been great if they had kept rb graphics along in the making of rb2 but ...
in ssj1 when he yells in the regular one it was all to the times he used it probably his fight with frieza or Android 19 but with instant trans it was with cell and he said the whole thing
@dollardollarwills I think the graphics look better in RB2. The shading, the beams and the ssj's hair all look better. And it looks closer to the anime.
The idea of an ultimate final super mega ultra Kamehameha isn't a new one by any means. The Super Kamehameha was the original version of this, then Father-Son, then Kamehameha Times Ten, probably the one he shot into the Spirit Bomb, probably the one he shot into Vegeta while in KK4, and probably the Angry Kamehameha too, so I think it's understandable that they didn't make it very showy and awesome. It's unoriginal, but yeah, the concept is good.
@EXTREMEMcHARDCORE No. It was Frieza at 50% power that used to destroy Namek. When he was at 100% power, he used his one handed ultimate. But youre right. For a second ultimate the 100% Death Ball would be good.

@JackOfen i know what you mean unfortunately its pretty normal all you gotta do is make it load it again, then it might work it happen to be pretty much almost every time, that it wont load enough, and its not just youtube its all streaming sites
