I literally got kicked out of a store in high school because I left where I was without my shoes by accident, so I went inside in my socks. @The monster under your bed The issue with what you're saying is that people may need to come within six feet of others to get service depending on what they're doing. Masks aren't a substitute for social distancing, they're a parallel measure that should help. There's also the issue of you stating things are becoming Orwellian, yes, some countries have taken measures that take freedoms away from their people during this virus, but I don't believe asking everyone to wear a mask and allowing stores to only allow people with masks inside is a gateway to our freedoms being taken away. If something is attempted to be built off our situation around tracking people biometrically and making them show where they traveled like I think I heard South Korea is doing, that would be infringing on our freedoms to me, but until there is a step taken past the line of please wear masks for personal safety reasons I don't think it's very fair to decry what's happening. You still have the option to not wear a mask, you're just a public disturbance in a lot of places of you don't wear one, and that is something that I think shows we still have options, and while certain things that are happening might toe the line around changing how we see personal rights and government rights, I don't think what's been done has crossed that line, and as long as there aren't permanent changes that go past when the virus is a concern, and more power isn't seized by leaders like it has been in a few countries, I don't think I'll consider the line overstepped.

The store one was embarrassing imo. If a store employee told me to leave, I'd immediately leave just cause I'd feel so uncomfortable at that point that I've caused a scene or made a ruckus. Lol I mean, obviously if I did do x thing to get the attention of an employee. And heaven forbid the manager gets involved... I'd be mortified.
