@@sandordomonkos8351 Alfa is not as fast this year, you have to admit Kimi's lines here are really crafty and well planned Feels like he knows what the Williams will do before he does it
Ferrari's got to work on that power unit mate. Love Will Buxton's reference to Enzo's quote: (something like) "aerodynamics are for those who cannot build a great engine".
Yeh! Both guys fighting for 3-4-5th places this year again. I'd be over it. You can here the power differences in all these cars. Listen how revvy the mercs are of Hamilton to even Perezs cars. The other teams just don't have the power. May as Well run in F2.well Williams anyway. These 2 are wasting their years away, I bet the both of them dream about Red bull now and again.4 championships for Vettel....race wins for Ricciardo.
@@gabrieldiaz8594 they haven't actually been too bad this season as of right now obviously a few teams had reliability issues in the first race even Russell but compared to last year the Williams seem to be quicker than the Haas and near Alfa Romeo. If Russell hadn't got that slight oversteer to unsettle the car he probably could of got a point maybe 2
He would've finished P10 without his retirement at Austria, and had he not got blocked by the Ferraris (and fall to P20) he could've also scored some points.
MEGADRIVE The Auto Prime they’ll be begging for him in a couple of years. Nothing against saint and leclerc but the team needs some form if stability. Hope if Kim is not driving he’ll go back to Ferrari and help them.
@@sirmounted8499 idk much abt d contracts part ....but he can jump to another team right?(if his contract ends).. now dat few teams are changing players🤔 Like speculations of Vettel leaving Ferrari and Sainz joining or something.. He's well experienced so wouldn't be much difficult for any team to accept him right?🤔
Manjunath Holla It’s not speculation, Vettel is leaving Ferrari, Sainz is replacing him, and Ricciardo is replacing Sainz, and Alonso is replacing Ricciardo. Raikkonen’s only real options right now are to stay at Alfa Romeo or retirement.
defo u could see everytime someone goes on the outside he immediately switches to the inside and therefore gains more speed out of a corner, absolute masterclass
Super messed up that Stroll didn't have to give back Ricciardo's position. He was only able to overtake due to the fact that he pushed the other car completely off the track.
Also, Perez did the same to Lando earlier in the race. I know it was a little different because Lando wasn't pushed off, but how did he not have to give that place back?
Kimi Raikkonen is one of the all time greats. He is driving the WHEELS off that Alfa car and can drive for another 5 years easily if he keeps this up. If Alfa build the car's handling around him, with a strong, pointy front end, he will deliver, big time. The reason 2014, 2015, 2017 were so bad was the handling of the car. It's too obvious now.
He was also not the favored driver at Ferrari, the car was built for Vettel demands, this car is built around him and he is delivering far better than he should be
Rajat Rawat exactly. Basically what we are seeing at red bull now with the car being built around Max and Albon having to deal with it just like Gasly tried to.
14:11 I'm not a Vettel fan, but seeing him almost crying makes me sad. The same goes for Ricciardo, he is not sad, but I feel like he doesn't care anymore about F1. They are still young and great drivers...
Wow I just noticed that Kimi short-shifted while passing the Williams. Smart strategy right there to preserve fuel end engine condition, but also to limit wheel spin on the turn exit. Very interesting...
All these salty kimi vs magnussen comments, yikes imagine being such a fan that you cant see this is racing, Alonso have done these moves, Kimi, Hamilton, Rosberg, Verstappen. Its racing, ofc all the drivers are going to complain when someone does it to them. Media really made magnussen look like the evil guy, with least amount of penalty points than the other guys named before, on his license. :) You memers should try to re-watch the kubica vs alonso era or the alonso vs hamilton era... if magnussen i dirty, what does that driving make them? There was plenty of yeeting eachother off the circuits back then, but its racing.
@@cryptictgs9490 No one is saying Magnussen is dirty what are you on about? We are simply stating he shouldn't be moaning about literally nothing that's it. In those eras you are talking about there was a lot more aggressive pushing and racing with less strict rules and a lot less moaning about small things like this. You are contradicting yourself mate. There is too much whining in F1 right now there should be more racing and less rules and bs. Or maybe I'm understanding your comment wrong it's kinda confusing haha
funny how perez overtook norris in 2 laps while it took stroll 30 laps to make a botched overtake also i appreciate f1 uploading a 15 minute onboard video, nice
Perez was on fresh tires when he passed Riccardo, Stroll was on few laps older medium tires and Riccardo was on fresh softs and they were never more than 1 second apart the whole 30 laps , Riccardo drove a perfect defensive race and only left door open once, we know how that turned out but Stroll still drove a good race , would have been a different race had RP figured out a wet setup for qualifying,
I have a great delight in seeing Kimi own Magnussen not once but twice. I remember when they collided in Monaco in 2014, totally Kimi's fault, and Kev got on the radio and was like 'Kimi's getting old guys!'. Yeah well, this old man is still going and able to pull off moves like that without getting dirty.
Stroll's engineer always sounds so disappointed in him. It's like "Well done Lance.. maybe if you were a bit better we could have finished even higher.." 😅
Rammy Lame. Stroll scored a podium and many points with Williams. He’s a very good racer, his main weakness has always been qualifying. It’s pretty plain to see...
@Rammy What's Stroll supposed to do? Quit? " Oh my dad's rich and internet trolls don't like me so I'll quit f1". Fuck no! To each his own. His day will come.
They probably had data that showed that RIC missed the corner worse than Stroll did, if RIC was able to keep it on the track, he would get the place every time.
Kimi was always my favorite driver. With McLaren he could have win a title, but they kept breaking down. So, I knew when he went Ferrari he would become a Champion. I am glad he got that chance, and Ferrari should be happy now too...
& Perez did it clean at 3:00 Stroll should have 5 sec penalty for overtaking out of track bounds & Renault should have complain about this rather than cry about pink mercedes.
I swear y'all need to get a full-race version of one of the onboards, I just love how much flow there is and also the sound of the engines, it's definitely very enjoyable to watch

Leclerc: flies into Vettel and completely destroys his rear wing Also Leclerc: Someone touch me in the back, nah there's something wrong, no? Is it big damage, small damage?
@@MashiatCOD99 Simple, I thought Leclerc's reaction was quite funny, now what's your point of asking? Did you expect to find some deeper meaning? Sorry to disappoint you.
Great highlights! Awesome to see extra footage of the race. Maybe in the near future these POV can be in VR, that would be awesome, and with stereo sound.
This is the BEST 'onboard' vid so far. Unmatched action, and incredible angles. Kimi is king, Lando is baby faced assassin, Sergio has been once consistent driver, and like someone here said: Seb and Danny just sounded done with the race.
@@franciscoespinosareyes7147 they werent fight at all thr douchebag just dive bombed him He was no where near ric If he was then the argument could be made that ric could have countered
13:10 Wow that move was so ruthless when looked through that cam! Lec certainly was all over seb... also, that broken wing just gave me terrible goosebumps
@@PlayTrickBLOGSPOT I dont think he meant to say traction control. And also the anti lag system in f1 doesn't make sound, because it used the electric motors. The crackle sounds from the honda engine comes from something like a cut throttle that has a function to make the engine more fuel efficient. That's what i heard

Geez dude. The two had a great and clean fight for half a lap, and thats all you have to say? Come on now, Magnussen just got frustrated by not getting him back again. He was forced off the track, but Magnussen had no right to the corner, so fair racing.
It was a make or break move for Stroll. He had been stuck behind Ricciardo for 10 to 20 laps at this point and this was his only way of getting past. Verstappen did the same thing on Leclerc last year so why do people believe this warrants a penalty and last years move doesn't?
@@andrewdieffenbach5043 because Verstappen actually managed to stay on the track I believe, also I have seen many complaints about why that move by Verstappen wasn't penalised, so I don't really get your point
