Rain World - Trying to tame two (almost) Hurricane lizards 

So basically there is a WIP mod called LizardCustomizer (by ratrat : / @ratrat4437 ) that allows you to modify lizards in the game. You can also use LizardPacks kind of like presets for your lizards.
For this video I used the pack HurricaneRed (also by ratrat I think) that transforms red lizards into hurricane lizards, minus the zap and maybe some other things (I never played the original mod).
