At 38:32 though, that spear was like a quarter inch away from you, I know how frustrating and disappointing rain world speedrunning can be, especially when you’re being as cautious as possible

That's actually very impressive ! Imagine if your game crashed right when entering metropolis. With my luck if I attempted the challenge the game would pull something like that on me assuming id get very far

something amazes me about this sort of speedrun; just one single mistake, and its all over, your sent back to the beginning of the campaign and you will need to get back to where you had failed damn

A little surprised you didn't grab a neuron to eat while going through pebbles given how dark some of the Metropolis rooms can be at night; seems like something to not want to risk losing a run to over saving a few seconds. Would have given more leeway for crafting later too. Clearly didn't stop you this time, though, so it worked out. :)

I decided to attempt this recently, although I'm also doing it with the twist of attempting the community challenge "Restraint" at the same time- that is, I cannot kill any scavengers except the Chieftain. I'm still learning the normal speedrun route right now, but I'll get here eventually. Nice run. Edit: Have since completed it!

You know, I really glad I waited to finish this insane run personally before watching this, just looking at how different the routes we took was really interesting. Like two completely different ways through metro and shaded that I didn’t go lol. Great job, this run is soooooo tough ;-;

amazing feat! i like how chaotic the arti campaign is, a deathless run is extraordinary :] could i ask, how did the rain not start? the rain timer flashed when it was at half, but that was 7 minutes in the run. im guessing its because the 5P region pauses the timer, but does metropolis pause it too? ive never really gotten to finish that campaign so thats why im curious haha, i gotta play it again later today :P

If the cycle is mercifully long enough to rain by the time you're 1/2 up the Wall, or When you enter pebbles from underhang, then I can see that as possible, but even then that is a Hail Mary of a run, as extreme as Pacificer (Artificer campaign and main ending without killing anything)
