Today I'm back in SW Las Vegas with another marathon video to tour FIVE luxury floorplans by Pulte Homes. These are the Estates at Rainbow Crossing, three model home that offer beautiful layouts and a unique luxury feel in every floorplan. We have the Pierce, Asher, Olivia, Juliet and Victoria plans and they range from 3,000-4,900+ sq. ft. and range from $610k-720k.

I’m sorry I mean for this home called $719,000 “Olivia floor Plan “with 2story with 1st primary suite and 2nd floor biggest primary floor Do they have programs zero Down or USDA Program? Whats the minimum credit score and what do lenders see on person credit history ? what the percentage of money to put down on a mortgage ? Because we want to see homes in Las Vegas May or June 2024

Nothing screams starter than a master with just a shower. The master bedroom in Pierce floor plan is horrible. The loft and game room is bigger than your Master AND it has a fireplace. For a home that will easily set you back $900M the master needs to be a suite. When did Pulte start adding wire racks in their homes?? In homes that you will buy half a million you get plastic racks? I hope you get your commission sugar ❤
