Hey. Are you not concerned with the potential size of it? Especially so close to structure? I'm thinking of planting one, but the monstrosity nature(and hurricanes) has me leery.
Plant the tree deep enough like 1.5 mts and with an irrigation system that goes down like under the soil directly to the root, that way you can prevent problems. But honestly it will cause Problems when we are already very old or dead.
