BLITZ, HEATHER AND MYSELF HEAD TO EUREKA, MONTANA TO HIKE PART OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST TRAIL IN THE 10 LAKES SCENIC AREA. AMAZING TO THINK THIS IS PART OF THE KOOTENAI NATIONAL FOREST. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HEATHER'S FIRST EVER OVER NIGHTER BACK PACKING ADVENTURE....HOWEVER, NATURE HAS A WAY UP MESSING UP THE BEST LAID PLANS. NO MATTER, WE THREE HAD A GREAT TIME AND I AM GLAD I COULD FOREVER CAPTURE THIS MOMENT ON FILM FOR HEATHER.
FYI: DRONE WAS LAUNCHED, LANDED ,AND OPERATED FROM TRAIL HEAD ON ROAD 7091

TBD... yeah...Yeah its nice having someone to play off of thats for sure..and so much easier to get some creative shots that i want to try that i just cant get on my own. Some really beautiful drone shots in there! Smart to not hike down an avalanche shoot, that would've turned into a Missoura-boat-ride down to the water! Love the way you shot that part, well done!

@@mountainwanderer Yeah we talked to some mountain bikers who we met on trail ...that have been down there...however with no backpacks. I guess thats why they chuckeld a bit when we told them what are plans were. Thank travis for the kind words

@@KillaCommieFerMommie People have gone down there before...but a 30lb pack on coming up is definately not for beginners. Like i.said solo...yeah 95% chance i still would have gone...but tgat coming up part...would have been a killer.

We where on the edge of our seats hoping you would not go down that steep scree field looks sketch. That lake looked really nice though, maybe some nice fish if its that hard to get to.

@@MtnTechie Yeah...we were so close...but after ego check..had to opt out...heard they poisened the lake and stopped stocking it. But cant 100% confirm that.
