There's apparently a new (HUGE) patch that reduces the game's size, plus your usual nerfs and buffs

Operators get nerfed or buffed. So for example Jagers gadget is changing this season

maybe read the update logs rather then just asking on a random youtube video. Loads of changes to individual operator loadouts / the gadgets. Changes to runout time, improvements to defuser planting, price drops on specific operators etc etc.
