Rainy Day Coffee Making [ASMR]

In this video, i’m going to be making coffee and reviewing a Rocket Cronometro Giotto R.
A bit of a background here. I used to run a small cafe in an industrial zone about a year ago. Due to the pandemic and some uncertainties, I figured it’s best to shift my focus to something more sustainable for my income, therefore I have to cease the cafe operation in the mean time.
The rocket giotto R is a Single group, commercial grade espresso machine with a built in PID temperature control. With the ability to connect directly to a water source, this machine can make endless cups of coffee. It is a rotary pump machine so noise level is quite low during operation. The heat exchanged boiler enables you to brew and steam milk simultaneously.
My little assistant here is accompanying me to brew a cup of latte so you can see him in action. He is pretty well-trained since so he knows the drill.

They're a beast. How's your machine holding up so far? I've had my rotary pump replaced once though. Felt that there is something to do with their fast production time probably due to the high demand for coffee machines.

@@EweJinTeeI have a machine for about a year, everything is ok until now, what bothers me only is the lever need to lubricate every month, how about you? it's strange that you had to replace the rotary pump as it is supposed to have a longer life because it serves a longer period than the vibrating pump!!!

@@feraskarmi3165 Yeah my Steam knob squeeks as well haha! Still haven't got the time to take it apart to lube it. Yeah, it's weird that my pump went off. The symptoms was that I was not able to get the full 9 bar of brew pressure. I only got 4 bar no matter how I adjusted the screw underneath the machine.

Hi ☺ Thank you for these beautifull videos, i see that you have moved the bz13 to the gagia and now you have the rocket giotto r, do you find this rocket more efficient ? Thank you ( Im looking also a good espresso machine )

Hi! Thanks for commenting. Yes I've had the BZ13 for close to 5 years and had no complaints about the machine and its small footprint. I regret selling it when I moved house. I got the Gaggia also because of its small footprint but the Gaggia is a Single boiler machine compared to the BZ13's Heat Exchanger. And when I moved to my own place early this year, I bought the Giotto R and it is definitely better but you cannot compare these machines because of the way it performs and was built (and cost too) But yes, the Giotto is by far the most stable machine compared to the others. By stable, I mean the temperature :) Cheers!
