By far the best outdoor, paddling/camping content on RU-vid. I'm a sea kayaker, but I find myself watching way more backcountry canoe content. Yours is first rate. Also thanks for showing off Nova Scotia, beautiful natural resources.
Noah, Rachel caught the bigger fish and didn't even rub it in. She kept the bow of the boat on course too. Best of luck to you guys. Thanks for the vid. ..
Teamwork making the Dreamwork! That was such a great video, the moment when Rachel was already doing the draw before Noah said it was awesome😊 Thankyou for bringing us along on your adventure.
Great tandem teamwork in those rapids! When the bow paddler is already into the move before the stern paddler asks for it, you got a good thing. And those fish! Brook trout are gorgeous. Keep up the great content! Glad the drone survived.
Love all you guys & gals! You make me proud to be Canadian 🇨🇦 nothing better in life than the outdoors 🏕️canoeing camping & fishing 🎣 thanks for sharing ☮️🌷💜

Great trip. You and Rachel make a great team. After going through the rapid stretch you guys must have wanted another feed of fish tacos. But then the bike trip back... you’d be looking for bear!😜 Thanks for taking us along.💯 Use have wanted more trout tacos
Absolutely amazing and stunning video! The music, the water, Rachel’s screaming with success after a set of rips! I must get you to meet with the Senior Scouting Youth of NS and inspire them!
Some of the best fishing is on the Roseway up in Shelbrune. We have a camp up there before the creek up past the old airport. Well what's left of it, been there for 50 yrs. At the two bridges driving in are great places to get a nice 14" the foam hides biggin's. You have been traveling and fishing what we fished for yrs. Nothing like it !!❤
Noah, I was so psyched to see a new video! Rachel is just as much an adrenaline junky as you are, lol! She can shoot rapids with little or no coaching from you!🤩
Awesome vid & the smile on your wife's face after running the rapids was priceless. I sure do miss home however you've got a fan base here in Texas. Cheers
You are absolutely the best channel! You and your sweety pie are a perfect team! Another beautiful video!! Love love it! Thank you both for sharing your adventure👍👍👍
Everybody is looking for what you have found....il faut oser. Merci pour la vidéo...je vous suivre depuis un moment.... premièr commentaire....merci....🙏
Love coming to YT and finding a new NS video Your stuff is so good I give it a thumbs up before I watch it. This one was just great - all the little detail shots, the combination of drone and canoe-level shots while running rapids, and sharing the sense of risk and reward. You and Rachel really work as a team in whitewater Could almost smell the wood smoking and fresh fish. The shots of the old logging flume reminded me of an adventure my youngest brother had years ago on a summer camp canoe trip in Algonquin Park. The trip of six campers and two canoes came to a VERY short portage around an old flume from the heavy logging days in the area’s history. First canoe pulled in just upstream of the flume and all got out. Second pulled in - two got out, packs came out, and paddles, were handed ashore. That left the stern man in an empty canoe with his weight at the back. Before anyone could react, the canoe floated into the current and he had no paddle. It carried sideways into the flume and jammed straight across it like a cork. In seconds the upstream water pressure built up and destroyed the canoe. The six of them had to use one canoe to relay themselves, over several more portages and lakes to reach Cedar Lake. A note to You Tube execs - we expect you to monetize things, but PLEASE,give creators a means to decide WHEN and where ads get placed. The abrupt jump to ads literally in the middle of a scene is disrespectful of creators. We were watching a concert video the other night and were really frustrated when ads would suddenly run RIGHT in the middle of a song. You have the technology and you make millions more by running ads but this meat axe approach to placement is just awful!
@@NorthernScavenger We had great Canadian built canoes those years w canvas....over a summer of camp canoe trips, even with varnish, the wood took on water and the last trips of the summer got heavier and heavier. However, to reassure you, they didn't put all six in the remaining canoe....they ferried packs and campers from one portage to the next. This was on the route up to Cedar Lake in Algonquin and fortunately there weren't too many more portages. When they got to Cedar, a couple of them paddled across to Brent and got help to bring everyone else across in a larger motorboat. We had tons of adventures in those days when groups of 10-15 year olds were guided by camp veteran counselors 16-18. Today, insurance companies would blanche at the prospect. In all those years the only serious problems were a camper who had a tree branch on a portage hit him in the eye and another camper who stumbled and fell, putting out his hand only to have it fall into a campfire. Fortunately, both survived ok. To all who attended that camp, we have treasured the experiences of self-reliance and teamwork the rest of our lives. campotter.wordpress.com/ for the camp (long closed) website.
Absolutely awesome video and what a team you make Noah and Rachel! Rachel your canoeing skills are amazing i was on the edge of my seat a couple of times.Great fishing great fun and awesome photography .Looking forward to your next video! and thanks for sharing.
Incredible camera work Noah. Drone footage, wonderful shots from the shore, great stuff. You put a lot of work into these videos and it shows. Rachyl is rocking it again! Fabulous teamwork.
Wow looks like a great trip guys.I’m so impressed that you cooked your Trout whole, never understood why everyone filets their fish and forsakes all that flavour.
Two possibilities: (1) The drone's image recognition saw the bicycles and switched to the "zany action movie mode" favoured by mountain bikers and snow boarders. (2) You unknowingly rode past a top-secret military installation and its automated defence system started jamming the drone's navigation. :) Great to see you both out having fun.
You are a natural film maker and story teller. Well done. I'm an old guy now but watching you guys makes me recall fishing trips of my youth with my father and friends. Keep it up. We are entertained.!
