It was hard to make this video but I feel it needs to be done, the society we live in needs to change. I'm sorry about the poor quality towards the end.
I would just like to say that this video is very motivational and I really think that you will help a lot of people by posting this video. I think that it was really brave of you and I congratulate you on being able to confront your mental illness, this will give others the strength to do so themselves.
This was such a motivational video, thank you for doing your bit in raising awareness, every single word you spoke was the truth. Just doing this video im sure has helped so many people realise we're not alone
Sean, you are so brave to make this video. I'm sure that it will help so many people. Mental illnesses are horrible but for some reason society means that some people are scared to admit to them. It's great that you encourage others to support people with such illnesses, and that you encourage sufferers to ask for help too. Your mum must be very proud of you ;)
This was really brave of you, I know how hard it is to talk about mental health issues because of the huge stigma attached to them, I hope you're doing better and you continue to do so.
