You will love it there. My sisters came back home with their hearts warm saying they’re such friendly people but keep in mind.. people with high dignity. Do not tip anybody. You’d offend them if you did. They reap their wages with their own sweat. Now THAT is a population anybody can count on. God bless them. 🌾

OMG you make them look so easy to prepare, I always wanted to know how to make Danish pastries, I am definitely trying these around Christmas but smaller ones I think, Mini Danish Pastries, thank you Akis. To be honest you make everything look easy to make lol and btw its a 'skin' that is formed on the pastry cream if the plastic wrap isn't touching the surface, a crust is harder, just so you know..... xx

Made these!! They're so good!! I just skipped the part of sprinkling sugar in the end cause wasn't sure how much it would affect the sweetness of the pastry and I don't like it too sweet, custard was sweet enough. In the end, it came out amazing with the sweetness being perfect!Thank you so much!!

I'll make the patisserie as shown in other videos because this way I felt slightly scared when watching it. I always also try out the cream even when it's hot, I remember when my mother used to make it, even though she made the one you buy from stores. I am not a chef, but I confirm; French knows their stuff :), apologies if I haven't given goat cheese and blue cheese a go yet.
