We've already lost 30% of storefronts over 2024 price increases. It doesn't matter at all because the 70% paying the new price plus the extra availability in our schedule makes it so worth it!
you lost 30% of your route jobs with a 2% increase? that is nuts! But making a stronger company is always better! I would also look at how you explained the increase. In the 12 of the 16 years that we did regular increases we lost maybe 4 or 5 in all those years. still worth cutting out the route jobe at the wrong price still tho! ~Jersey 862-312-2026
@@windowcleaner We used to serve small storefronts with a $25 minimum price but for 2024 the new Min is $50 even if it's 1 pane of glass. So most of the 30% that said no thanks were the tiny places paying $25 and not wanting to double to our new minimum. There's also places paying $75 that don't want to pay $90 and jobs like that as well. Residential is just so much better.
Great to hear this…. I got called out by Five Guys… yeah that 5 guys… for my prices…lower your prices on burgers and I’ll lower my prices on filthy windows 😂😂😂
There will always be someone cheaper, but its the WHY. why does someone buy the five guys burger over the Mcdonalds? there is value. same with us! but that is funny of all places it was them. haha. ~Jersey 862-312-2026
What part of Utah? I own a business in Las Vegas but live at the Utah-Idaho border and want to start a business in Logan. What’s the pricing like? I’m $4/3.5 per pane in and out and $4 for screens in LV.
