i really wish there could’ve been more episodes that featured plots centered on raj and sheldon. their interactions were the best of the group. no one aggravates sheldon the way raj does.
@@Eeshwar666 I know, right? I mean seriously, "could of" doesn't make any sense and I see some people are defending this mistake by calling it evolution of the language which is really idiotic.
@@mariobuscon897 Tell me it isn't true.... Tell me "know" "won" is defending "could of" See what I did there.... Now we should defend that for the rest of our lives..... SMH Life with a bunch of morons is what the society has come to
@@glencol Sorry to disappoint your wet dream but the determinative word "that" that you're using is irrelevant in the aforementioned phraseology. The determiners are usually used together with a noun and serve to express the reference of that noun. So no, you're wrong. P.S. I used the word "that" in just the next sentence referencing the previous noun phrase. P.P.S. "That's" how you do it.
It's been six years and i'm still wondering: how did Raj, Ramón, Julio, Jesús and Rodrigo managed to get that brobdingnagian monstrosity through the door???
Sheldon; *Very amusing.* #SheldonLaugh *Now get it out.* Raj; *No.* Sheldon; *Yes.* Raj; *No.* Sheldon; *Yes.* Raj; *No.* Sheldon; *Yes!* Raj; *I have three brothers and two sisters, Sheldon. I can do this all day.*
A friend and I were chatting, and we basically realised the main reason we hated Sheldon. It's because despite his obvious mental flaws, Sheldon is easily capable of pretending to be a good person. But he doesn't. Especially with what can basically be called domestic abuse to Amy, he is consciously mean when he knows he can even pretend to be a better person.
Jonathan I totally agree with you. I always hated sheldon. It's a good thing my favourite characters are Raj, Howard and Bernadette but most of all, out of all three, I love Raj the most. He is the best character. And hey, same here. Raj is my favourite too.
Sheldon: "Why do you even want this here? It's size is completely disproportionate to it's purpose." Raj: "Well seeing as it's purpose is to piss you off, I'd say it's spot on."
And now that the show is ending, they're in a rush to find Rajesh someone to pair bond with so they're having him marry a total stranger no one cares about
Exactly! It's good to see characters grow and of course the show would eventually have turned flat if the writers had completely ignored the issue of nerds and marriage, but the show's whole signature humor has died out. This series was so successful because it focused on maled individuals and their group dynamic, not on couples and their daily life struggles that every other pop culture series deals with. That sure wasn't the way to go! 🤷🏻♀️
At 2:11 I love the way Sheldon says "Yes?!" He's says it in such a "why are you disobeying me" kind of way and can't help but burst out laughing when I rewatch it :D
Sheldon: “Fine prank very amusing , ah ah ah ah ah!! Nw get it out” Raj: “Seeing its purpose was to piss you off, I’d say it’s spot on!” Always kills me😂😂😂😂
Sheldon is hands down, my favorite one 😍🔥 but I would've liked watching Raj keeping this confident personality throughout the 12 years run by not giving too much importance if he's the only one who's single and keep living his life with his best friends around, instead of being most of the time, a borderline pathetic-desperate guy who thinks he needs a girlfriend or be married in order to feel himself "worthy". Raj could have been a better used character, and this scene proves it.
Brobdingnagian Comes From Gulliver's Travels. In Jonathan Swift's novel Gulliver's Travels, Brobdingnag is the name of a land that is populated by a race of human giants "as tall as an ordinary spire steeple." ... (Swift himself had used Brobdingnagian as a noun to refer to the inhabitants of Brobdingnag.)
I'm sorry, why did Raj purposely want to piss Sheldon off? Kind of a jerk move to insist on keeping it. Especially since Sheldon was kind enough to even give him his job AND room in his office. Can't Sheldon just fire him and he would get deported?
Do you people even watch the episodes? Raj is working in collaboration with Sheldon, in a project that Sheldon is leading. Sheldon has to present valid reasons for the uni to fire him and Raz is not breaking any rules. Raz could easily report Sheldon for wasting uni resources on stuff that is not relevant to his research and get his funding cut. Sheldon is the one who is the asshole as per usual here.
😂 I’ve seen tbbt since it began til today and I loved Gullivers Travels when I read it in the 4th grade as part of our curriculum . Barely I am realizing the term brobdingnagian comes from . Omg
