Rajbhog Icecream
Take a Pan and add
500 ml - Milk
From above Remove 1/3 Cup Milk and
Rest Milk Boil it
Take a Small Bowl and add
1/3 Cup - Milk
2 tbsp - Custard Powder ( Vanilla Flavour )
Whisk Properly
In Above Boiled Milk ,use Custard Powder Mixture
Little by Little ,But Stir Continuously and add
3/4 Cup - Sugar
Stir Continuously till 4-5 Min , Should be thickens
And Switch off the Flame and Remove in Bowl , Let Completely Cool Down ,then Cling Wrap and Keep it into Freezer for 3 Hours
Take Bowl and add
1 Cup - Non Dairy Whipped Cream ( Chillied and Look like Liquid )
Then Whipped it till Soft Peak
Take a small bowl and add
2 tbsp - Milk ( Luke Warm )
Pinch - Saffron
Mix and Keep it for 10-15 min
In Chilled Ice Cream Base add Whipped Cream
Whipped ,
Beat With Electric Beater Properly then add
1/2 tsp - Green Cardamom Powder
Add Soaked Kesar Milk . Milk Properly
Take a Container or Glass Container ,add
Above half Mixture
Put Blanched Pistachio Flakes In Layering ,
Blanched Almonds Chopped
Cashew Chopped
Pistachio Powder
Again
Put Blanched Pistachio Flakes In Layering ,
Blanched Almonds Chopped
Cashew Chopped
Pistachio Powder
Saffron Strands
Blanched Pistachio Flakes
Close the Lid and Keep in Freezer For atleast 7-8 Hours
Serve Chilled
