Rajmachi Fort Trek and witness Fireflies at Rajmachi Fort. Rajmachi Lonavala witness Fireflies every year before the monsoon start. We went for a sight of Fireflies aka Kajwa Mahotsav in Rajmachi Fort and also ended u doing the Rajmachi Trek in the start of the monsoon season. Every year, places like Rajmachi in Lonavala and Bhandardara promote Fireflies Festival to invite people to witness these magical creature.
I had a chance to witness fireflies aka Jugnu in Bhandardara in 2019 and this year, I had pleasure to see them again in Lonavala in Udhewadi village, Rajmachi Fort. Rajamachi Fort Trek was this year's first monsoon trek trip.
