UPDATE: I read this recently somewhere ! The teen who stole her shoes was turned in by his own mother, she was remorseful and ashamed of her son and offered to buy new AirJordans, all 18 have been identified and 5 were facing serious charges, one of that five has been shot and killed since in another unrelated incident.

One of those guys was shot dead in May I think. More in custody and about 5-6 still at not found. I found the update in May. It's weird how this story hasn't gotten more attention. After that it just went away and we don't know what happened. I really wish we got an update or something.

I've heard someone say that the girl got into a fight with another girl. And the boys were the other girl's friend/gang, thus they jumped the girl in the video. I have no idea if this is true though, It's definitely more detail than the news will ever cover.
