I am not a gamer, I have no equipment to play games of any kind - I owned a Commodore 64 !!...yet this channel showed up in my RU-vid feed a week ago and now im obsessed with it. Took me a while to realise the hands and feet weren't part of the graphics. Bear with me, im getting old now. Anyway, this is coolest thing ive seen in a long time. So real, fell off the couch twice. F**King amazing.
Most of the messages I receive are very positive, and I'm extremely grateful for all of them. But once in a while, I get a comment like yours, @jimbojunior8236, that just gives me goosebumps and makes me realize how impactful my content can be. I thank you for taking the time to let me know this! It really means a lot to me. The realism in my sim racing content is something I focus on, and I'm delighted it's resonating with you, even leading to a couple of unexpected couch falls! 😄 Welcome to this exciting world of sim racing, and I hope my channel continues to captivate and entertain you. Thank you once again for your amazing support and for being part of this journey🙏
That's very kind words indeed. Your setup and skills (left foot braking) are a pleasure to watch. Tried left foot braking once but that was real life on a McDonalds roundabout and was never to be attempted again. I followed the links to your setup and deduced that if I start another hobby my wife will leave me this time. Ive subbed, will strap myself in with a cup of a tea and watch you instead. Foot to the boards pal !
Thanks so much for the kind words and for subscribing, @jimbojunior8236! Your story about left-foot braking at a McDonald's roundabout gave me a good laugh 😄 I totally understand the balance between hobbies and family life. I'm glad to provide a vicarious thrill for you with my videos. Grab that cup of tea and enjoy the ride. Your support and engagement with the channel are hugely appreciated🙌
As a game modeller and animator i was really stoked about the quality of the hands. Animation looked so smooth, polished and corrective shapes were just wonderfully done. I thought the team has put some serious work into this. And then I realised.. these are actually real hands. Oh, well.. something to look forward to.
😄Thanks, @stout8529! Your comment gave me a good laugh. It's quite a compliment that the realism of my setup had even a game modeller and animator like yourself fooled for a moment! It goes to show how far technology has come, blurring the lines between virtual and real. Always glad to hear from professionals in the field✌️
Thank you so much, @angusmackay7281! I'm thrilled to hear you're enjoying the content, especially the WRC videos. Your feedback is incredibly motivating. Rest assured, there's plenty more rally action on the way - the excitement of WRC is just too good to pass up. Stay tuned and thanks again for the amazing support!😊✌️
Wow, that's awesome to hear, @nurbayuzun2623! It's incredibly motivating to know that my videos inspire you to jump into WRC and start playing. Thank you! 😊✌️
Would you do a setup tour at some point? Maybe showing all the different stuff you have like the digital dashboard near your shifter and your little button box etc. It looks insane and I think people would be interested to see what it all is and how it was put together.
Thanks a lot, @giinger, for your interest in my setup! I'm glad you find it intriguing. You're in luck - I've already done a setup tou😁 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_BNNc7JcLVM.htmlsi=mG9_RZ_XtRTJ-NaD
Oh dude how many tries before that flat over jumps section actually went well?! I definitely would have launched myself into orbit trying to replicate that, well done XD
What a good very well hidden screen connections can make the difference between another simulator channel to a real innovation one. Very good job you did, took me a while to understand what I'm looking on
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it! 🙌 Here's my setup tour video as well in case you want to see how everything looks from another perspective ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_BNNc7JcLVM.htmlsi=mG9_RZ_XtRTJ-NaD
Thanks so much, @massi8732! I'm thrilled to hear that my videos bring out your inner child and inspire you. Building a setup like this definitely takes time and dedication, but it's absolutely achievable. Keep that dream alive, and who knows? Maybe one day you'll have a setup that's even more amazing. Your support means a lot, and comments like yours keep me motivated to create more content. Keep watching and dreaming!
Thank you so much, @SladeDHJ! I'm really glad you like the setup and appreciate your kind words about my driving. Keep your dream alive - with passion and dedication, you can definitely build a setup that you'll love. Remember, it's all about enjoying the journey in sim racing. Keep pushing towards your goal, and thanks again for the support!
Amazing setup, looks like I'm actually in-game, it took me a while to notice it being your real hands haha. Subrscribed, love this type of well made videos plus youäre a good driver too, maybe these forest roads are familiar to you haha
Thank you so much, @Lurkzz! I'm thrilled to hear that you found the setup and the video so immersive that it felt like you were in the game. That's exactly the kind of experience I aim to create. And yes, I do have a soft spot for forest roads😁 they always add an extra layer of excitement to the drive! Thanks for subscribing and for your kind words about my driving skills. I'm glad you're enjoying the content and there's plenty more to come. Stay tuned!😊
Thanks, @punkbloater! Sorry to hear about the carsickness, but I take that as a huge compliment to the realism of the sim experience! Glad you found it amazing💙✌️
Hey, you drive very well. Have you ever played in Gran Turismo? Have you heard of Jann Mardenborough, who played gran turismo and later had a real racing plot? Maybe you can too, with this nice setup and driving ability.
Thanks for the compliment, @user-in3ub1I9g! I did play Gran Turismo a few years back and I'm familiar with Jann Mardenborough's incredible journey from gaming to real-world racing - it's truly inspiring. Unfortunately, Gran Turismo isn’t available on PC, and my current setup with triple 55" OLED TVs isn’t compatible with a PS5, so I won’t be able to play it at the moment. But who knows what the future holds? For now, I'm focusing on delivering the best content with the games and setup I have. Thanks again for your support!
Thank you so much, man! I really appreciate it. 💙 Yes, I did try it 👍, but it resulted in a blurry mess and only about 70fps. So, unfortunately, I can't use that fix
Thanks a ton, @mikopiotrmazurek4048! Really appreciate it🙏🙂 I totally get what you're saying about gear 6. I chose to keep the car at its default settings for this run, adjusting only the brake bias and handbrake pressure to suit my driving style.😊✌️
Pure dope …. Impressive, love your drive and setup. ❤ Do you have a seat mover ? I don’t understand why your head cam move like this, following the road imperfections ?
Thank you so much, @zbineulongtime! I truly appreciate your kind words 🙏💙. As for the movement you see, I don't have a seat mover yet. However, my rig is set on Slip-Angle Isolators, allowing for some movement. The additional motion you notice is a combination of my own driving movements and some added effects to enhance the immersion, especially for bumps and jumps. I'm aiming to get a full motion system soon for an even more realistic experience. Stay tuned! 🙂
Ahhhh! Finally a Rally at home 😁🇸🇪 Excellent ! A video that really pleases 😁 Separate subject and I have no idea if you play GTA but have you seen the trailer for GTA VI? If so, when do you think? 🤪 Thank you my friend !
@@ProjectSimRacing What do you think of the Swedish landscapes in the game? Do they seem realistic? Yes man! I thought of you when they said only the new consoles.. I hope you can play it! For my part I really hate it!
Thank you so much, @swosho! Your words are incredibly encouraging. I put a lot of effort into creating a setup that provides an immersive experience. It's great to hear that the POV capture adds a unique touch to the videos. Thanks again for your fantastic feedback!
Thanks a lot, @mrgrilledpotato3103! I'm glad you enjoy the driving style. Indeed, I usually do a few practice laps to get a feel for the stage, but I don't practice enough to memorize it. So, I rely heavily on pacenotes during my recordings. This approach keeps each run exciting and somewhat unpredictable, just like in real rallying😊✌️
Thank you! No, not yet. But I will get one soon 😊 I have my rig on Slip-Angle lsolators though. You ca see them in my setup tour video here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_BNNc7JcLVM.htmlsi=mG9_RZ_XtRTJ-NaD
Grym video som vanligt 👍 fick hem min fantec idag 👍 så nu går ps5an varm 👍 o köra gt7 blev ju grymt med ratten, prova precis wrc23 o ska bara ställa in som ja vill ha sen ösa på bara 😀
Hi, what camera do you use? I would like to use the second onboard cam to be able to adjust seat position but with that camera i see all the movement caused by the g-forces (and it seems impossible to turn them off). The first onboard camera is fixed but it's too far away from the dashboard and the fov settings don't affect that camera.
I use the second camera but I guess you don't see the g-forces because of the way I film with a GoPro mounted on a helmet. I move more then the game does😝 But I would love for Codemasters to fix this! I also eant 0 movement
I don't have one yet. Instead I have my rig on Slip-Angle lsolators. You can watch my setup tour video to see what they are ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_BNNc7JcLVM.htmlsi=mG9_RZ_XtRTJ-NaD
Yup 😄 You should watch my setup tour video to get a better idea of how everything works😁ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_BNNc7JcLVM.htmlsi=mG9_RZ_XtRTJ-NaD
Hey @paulmcdaniel261, thanks for the request! The Lancia Delta S4 is a legendary car, and I'd love to feature it in a future video. I can't promise a specific date yet, but it's definitely on my list👍😊✌️
Exactly right, @PlayingCS2. In WRC, there are rules that limit the top speed of cars. This ensures a level playing field and keeps the focus on driver skill and strategy rather than just raw speed.😊
