The fact that the models were not NPC's and actually engaged and showed emotions, smiled, posed. Plus, the sets were actually so cool! Finally. This is what fashion is, and should be.
This is the best show I've seen. Real life wearable. Classy. Pleasant calm expressions and walks. The music is relaxing with harmonies and rhythm. Gorgeous models.

Absolutely one of the best fashion shows, music, models and the "great come back" on fashion for this present day. We so needed this trend setting to take place! Having models of all ages participate was genius. The mid age models are great examples for all to aspire to. We as a society do not have to dress like bums to be socially acceptable. I would love to have the general populus take more pride in their appearance. You don't have to be rich to attain these looks and people can collect select pieces to add to their wardrobe due to the timeless nature of the designs. Thank you for bringing true possibilities to the masses and show people what "class" should look like.
Agree - classic, beautiful and elegant. The beauty of the models cannot be denied. But, the one that caught my eye and is memorable was the handsome, grey haired man with the dreadlocks.
Anyone else get emotional watching this? It's always during an RL show that moves me so deeply. The attention to detail is just unmatched. Truly iconic.
I thought it was just me! I DID feel a bit emotional, especially when RL came out at the end (looks like his health may not be the best?) IMO a perfect show, all around. Reminds me of some of the shows of "old" (old being the 90s).
Wow…smiling, engaging, diverse models instead of the scowling, morose, and skeletal variety popular for way too long…a breath of fresh air! If this is a trend, I’ll start watching fashion show RU-vid videos again!

@@terihillgartner5702 Me too! I own a pair of his chocolate brown alligator Oxfords from the Eighties and I still wear them, albeit sparingly, as they're getting pretty fragile. No designer holds a candle to Mr. Lauren for timeless, classic, elegant style.
For years, this Designer understands the qualities of the Lady and Gentleman. Staying reserved, current, presentable, and the clear perspective of class. A line of clothing that creates a human perspective of whom one is today, despite the consistent grunge of other brands. Cheers and Bravo/Brava!
Finally! A fashion show I truly appreciate. I love design that can be worn on any day and the models do not just wear a poker face and walk, I love the entire presentation.
I LOVED this show, all the way around. The models were perfect, their walks and subtle touches they added, I loved the music but most of all, the clothes were Exceptional. I will watch this again and I am so glad that those of us not fortunate enough to be on the scene can now see and experience haute couture too. Thank you Mr. Lauren.
This is how I would like to dress. But I can't afford to so I shop at second hand stores. One time I found a 6thousand dollar coat I would even ware the men clothing

There is too much diversity. I am so sick how a lot of this woke stuff is being pushed down out throats even on the runway shows in NY fashion Week. When I was a professional runway model in the 1990s there wasn't any of this woke crap.
Excellent! The models were superb, they looked at ease and most f the women wore smiles. If only designers would realize it enhances the clothes for the models to look like they enjoy being in these gorgeous fashions.
We are back to classic styles and glam of the 50's. The world needs class and elegance so desperately. Love this collection 💕 I would love to be at a show like this. It is so classy and elegant.
Ralph Lauren, he was the one who stepped out on the stage. It's his name on the clothing. It seems only natural. Pure, timeless fashion. I loved every design. These are clothing pieces I see myself wearing. I could wear them all at various points in my life and look and feel good wearing them. This line is made for real people. I cannot say that for other designers. I wear Ralph Lauren and I will continue to wear him.
Loved the model's playful interaction with the audience but the most impressive thing is that they finally hit their buyer's age range being mid 30's and up. Not scowl-faced under 21 skeletons. We need to see more this.
The clothing was elegant and classy overall. I could actually see myself wearing some of these beautiful pieces. Really liked the collection. So much nicer than the just increasingly bizarro, shock collections I’ve seen lately. 👍

Left me happy! The casual gathering space and allowing the model to allude to recognizing someone in the room. So fresh. A smirk, and smile, great eye contact. Gamit of generations. Mens' 3 piece were amazing. As was the female suit. Can't wait to wear black white and red! And...Ralph's epic car collection passion wasn't left out. ~ Did you notice the Princess Diana's beautiful niece Kitty?

I like this a lot. The models are doing (to a slightly lesser extent) what Leon Dame does, which is make characters out of the outfits. I LOVE that! That's how you sell your idea, your clothes, your work of art. You don't sell it by having unnerving stares and weird, robotic walks (unless it calls for that I guess?). The older male model at 2:15 especially is doing a damn good job. He looks like the ship's best butler. I could easily envision a character for him immediately.
Loved seeing some smiles, especially the wide variety of smiles--some barely smirked, some practically beamed, and some remained more stoic. It felt very natural, and like you got to see people actually *enjoying* wearing pretty clothes.
Bravo. Finally a show that didn't want to make me gouge my eyes out and made me feel deeply inspired! Someone let Balenciaga know that fashion is back.

I absolutely loved it. I see some comments referencing different eras, but I got the 1940s. I instantly was reminded of Katherine Hepburn and how she loved menswear tailoring .
I say Ralph Lauren is all about class, like from the models to the designs everything is so perfect. No sultry , no nakedness but still so attractive. Love this.

I do indeed love the Ralph Lauren expression of what is fashionable apparel. I'd venture to say that I'd wear 99% of his entire men's collection from one year to the next. All of it makes sense in my closest for all of my life experiences and situations.
These outfits are such an inspiration. You don’t have to be rich to attain these looks. Thrift stores are a beacon of treasures. Shows like these inspire and the mind is provoked. Let’s go for it and make our lives our own fashion shows!

Wonderful show that once again shows us that elegant classic clothing is timeless and never tiresome. The menswear is exquisite and masculine looking, finally after a long time.Reminds me of RL in early 90's too.
The personal charm of a considerable part of models is even overcoming the beauty of the outfits themselves, without taking away any credits of the capability of the designer. I think I captured the essential message of him. Excellent show!

The designs are classically elegant. The music is soothing.The models are all pretty and graceful for a change. The one at 2:26 and 9:30 gives off Isabella Rossellini vibes. A breath of fresh air.

This is one of the best collections I've seen in a long time! Women looking beautifully elegant and men...wow! super handsome!! The men's collection especially was impeccable. Gorgeous! I liked showing the different ages too. Really really good. Bravo!
