His stuff is good for decades! I still get compliments on itemsI have had for forty years. His prints back then were more vivid, and stand the test of time. Several years ago, we noted the gorgeous green and purple of the flight attendants on Japan Airline. The purple or green trench coats with contrasting accessories was simply stunning. I saw it again tonight.😁🥳
The most enjoyable fashion showing in 50 years. Ralph Lauren has brought back fashion for all ages. I love the metallics, the belts, the whole hippie era magic and the flowing sexiness of 2024. You have captured us all. I'm 78 and adored every single one of the innovations. You're an Icon of history.
Agreed 100 percent..it was beautiful..loved the flowered jeans and the flowered dresses ..amazing, as a grandmother who loves dressing nice for everything I'm loving this

So very fantastic. Mr. Lauren never lets us down. In my mind, he is still king of the American fashion industry and always will be. I really hate the idea that soon he will want to retire and leave us wanting more. His sophistication and elegance and greatness and essence will be almost impossible to replace.

Thank you Mother for knowing what fits me well, my Sister & Bloomingdale’s 💖‼️ He was my trademark in College, clothes, perfume, portfolios, briefcases, anything Ralph… named Ms. Collegiate because of him & my Beloved Mother’s magnificent taste🤓‼️ Still my favorite to this day. 💕💥‼️

This collection as a whole is absolutely exquisite! A departure from what I'm normally used to seeing from Ralph Lauren. There are some pieces that I really want to get. My thoughts exactly! Fresh and cool, yet classic, feminine, and even, at times, romantic, but with a contemporary twist. Beautiful fabrics as well, and sexy accessories. I'm impressed.
The first grouping, with the lovely greens was so romantic, feminine but strong. The flowy plaids were also my favorites! Also the whimsical bomber jacket. I can't afford any of these clothes and even if I could, I would have no place to wear them, but they are such eye candy!

Fresh and cool, yet classic, feminine, and even, at times, romantic, but with a contemporary twist. There are some interesting fabrics as well -- and interesting absences of fabric, highlighted by sexy accessories. Many different style expressions for any and every woman at (almost) every age, but still held together by RL's impeccable sense of style. I'm impressed.
What did you find contemporary? Virtually every piece has been done numerous times before. The use of the trains were interesting if not practical. The wide leg pants were good and a bit different than elephant bells, mostly due to the fabric. The mix of primary colors were garish in general.
@@orange222... .......the primary colors were.....young....not garish....it's also perfectly acceptable to have long trains on gowns....a woman can wrap or drape the trains over or around one arm in a Romanesque style....it was a very good show...i enjoyed it immensely....
@@orange222... ....primary colors are not basic....they are primary and as you can see they looked great on the bodies...it's about making women look luscious....there's no need to guild the lily....

Every style that was created with thought and class and what women would actually wear. I saw many favorites of my own and after seeing this collection I’m now a permanent fan. Love love love!
I love this collection! Especially his use of blues and greens and soft plaids. Just about any woman can wear these. Very elegant, classy and casual- aka American style!

Живву в небольшом городе, в пролетарском районе , новсе что показано приемлемо на наших улицах. Высший пилотаж, эти вещи ввыглядят и показаны так как будто они на дереве выросли и их создала сама природа а не человек.
Огромная благодарность кастинг-менеджеру за возможность снова увидеть Терлингтон,Марию-Карлу,Владу Рослякову,восторг от коллекции, красивая одежда на красивых женщинах,полное эстетическое наслаждение !Браво!
Неужели ещё остались модельеры с чувством вкуса и здоровой фантазией. Шикарная коллекция , одежда которую можно носить в реальной жизни. И ,ура,я наконец то, увидела ,что модели тоже умеют улыбаться.😂😂😂
Да, это сейчас редкое явление, но на показах коллекций одежды Ральфа Лорена всегда мелькают слегка улыбающиеся модели. Ещё видела улыбки на показе Ели Сааба - в комментариях было многократно отмечено.

Глоток воздуха среди десятков показов "модных" коллекций других дизайнеров, которые лепят невесть что, лишь бы такого еще никто не показывал - трусы с шубами и т.д.

BTW what a powerful move to have Christy Turlington in one of your shows!!!! One of the original "supermodels" WHAT!!!! What a PRO too, at the end of the show the model walking behind her steps on her piece and Christy just smiles and laughs it off!!!! That folks is ORIGINALITY she wasn't bitter or catty about it in the least!!!!! Well done Christy!!!!
Not sure why some people are laughing in the audience in the beginning. However, not my style but overall a great collection even if the creative director go in too many many directions. Classy and beautiful.
