Those transmission mount bolts are one time use only,toss them and buy new ones from Chrysler

You mean from Fiat. Chrysler doesn't make these vans.

How much does the engine weigh, I.E. how strong of a jack do I need to support the motor/transmission?

Not sure, I used a 2 ton floor jack.

The one underneath, what size of socket? Was there room for a socket between the exhaust and bolt head? How did it go with the bolt coming out to the exhaust flex pipe?

I used a wrench to break it loose and some lubricant to twist with my fingers
