Leo please consider a tune on the TRX. I haven't seen this particular brand of overdrive pulley but diag'd a misfire on a used Hellcat Challenger recently. Guy bought it used and didnt know it was installed. Found it after we noticed both long/short term fuel corrections were maxed out. Let's just say the borescope revealed it probably wasn't enough. The TRX is more than slightly heavier than the Challenger too, I'd be careful. Love the truck though and enjoy the hell out of your content.
Both torque and hp dipped in the same spot. I'm guessing it still hasn't got the fuel / air mapping right yet. Drive it for a few days then do it again. I'd bet that curve smooth's out. Maybe even more hp.
Just FYI, the crank pulley is not pinned from the factory, and I have seen a pulley spin on the crank. The fix at a dealership would be to replace the engine... That would not be covered...

20% loss puts it at 730 crank (584/0.8=730). It's about 17% low from the 702 factory rating, seems about right. Crazy how much horsepower it was losing from being hot, turbos>superchargers! My tuned 3.5 EB can run again and again and again and be consistent (bigger intercooler and e30 running low 12s).
So it's late now but a article I was reading said there is a fuse you can pull to disable the awd for 2 wheel dyno. Probably more to it but apparently it's pretty close to trackhawk stuff. Anyway🤙
Im only a couple min in the video. But feel like the cnc pully will slip the belt. We have had the issue. If it does, get the groves sand blasted. Fixed the issue with our supercharged cars.
I don't know that marking the drive shaft matters much i mean it's not balanced on the vehicle I guess If you noticed some vibrations or something after you might flip it but otherwise I don't think it matters
You're losing a lot of power at the transfer case you got to think the front drive shaft is spinning it's cutting the torque and the horsepower down a good bit
Is that truck all wheel drive? If it is 4 Wheel drive, why do you have to remove the drive shaft? I thought that's what a Transfer case is for, I'm confused.
