Ramadan Recipes | Creamy Chicken Pasties 

During Ramadan I definitely prefer meals that I can prep during the day when I have the energy and then simply put in the oven closer to iftaar time.
This is definitely one of those recipes!
Make it into a full meal by serving with some sides of your choice.
Feel free to increase the nutritional value by adding some veggies of your choice to the filling with the chicken.
This recipe makes 16 small pasties or 8 large ones.
Oven temp: 180c fan / 200c no fan / gas mark 5
Bake time: 20 -25 mins
Ingredients:
-2 x ready rolled puff pastry (or block)
-500g boneless chicken breast
-2 spring onions
-40g unsalted butter
-1 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp white pepper
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2tsp onion powder
-1/2tsp paprika
-2 tbsp plain flour
-400ml milk
-2 handfuls grated mozzarella
-1 egg
-sesame seeds (optional)
