Its a little weird that Pummel has no bonus damage hitting something in melee range, or that the shockwaves don't have slight knockback on them. Definitely shouldn't have both but either one should help Nemesis have threat without ult. For now though, remember that you can still melee while in Nemesis form.

I played some Ramattra in Arcade, and by god is actually pretty fun. I'm not the best with projectile weapons (even though I love playing Zen and Orisa), but I love Ramattras staff primary. The fact that its a projectile seems to matter little and I'm able to hit my shots fairly easily. Plus, his ult is hilarous, ESPECIALLY against another ulting Ramattra

As far as new characters go, Ramattra definitely feels like more of a Junker Queen than a Sojourn or Kiriko. Very fun, but rough to make work. Hoping for some more punch range and a shorter shield cooldown in the mid-season patch

Yesterday Flats about Remattra: He's so bad, I really don't like his kit Flats now: I LOVE HIM!!

The deathmatches during queue have been all Ramattras and Dooms, and when everyone in the lobby clashes it feels like the war between the gods and the titans

So I noticed something interesting. If you ult while in nemesis form you don't change at all, the ult just activates, BUT if you switch to normal form out of nemesis, AND THEN ULT you get the armor back, so you can "reload" your armor if you go Normal > Nemesis > Normal > Ult

there is a trend of the bad tanks being extremely fun

It's so good to see videos with so many people playing together. You can always feel the massive difference in the vibes no matter if QP or Comp when there is more interaction and comms going on. Even the solo Q videos are good when the mates actually have conversations, adds so much to it, but especially with Emongg, Seagull, Jay, ML, Somnus and all the other legends in the mix it becomes so much more entertaining. Thank you for your guys's decision to play QP for the sake of content like this. It's refreshing to see yall enjoy things together.

Ramattra looks like a calm and reasonable person

The best part of the video was when ramattra said "it's tempin' time" and then tempo'd in the enemie team. Truly one of the team fight ever

That visual clutter is wild. I thought I saw when flats originally got hit with it(I did but had to rewind to check it) but that was it. Could no longer see the nano, just the initial receiving of it. Crazy.

Let's be real the Junker Queen changes are super wack. I've been waiting for her to finally be a real tank. But her changes are buffs that are kinda negated by the little nerfs she's got. She's just a worse roadhog. 1. 425 Hp to 700 2. Primary fire 150 to 300 for roadhog 3. Roadhog has like a 6 second heal that does 300 hp. Healing thousands in a single game vs Junker Queens self heal that heals for 1 per second (now 1.25 per second) which usually hits like 1000 in the end of the game 4. Roadhog pulls you in so much more than Gracie does I could keep going but Junker queen is just an inferior tank to all tanks. We could of at least buffedhp to 500 or the self healing to 3 per second. Even reapers out heal Junker queen every game. I mean she has the mythic skin so i thought I'd finally see some love to my main but I guess not

I have a patch note concept for Ramattra that completely changes the character, with the TRUE idea of the meaning, Tempo tank, two completely different play-styles. Any questions or recommendations, I'm open to comments... Void Accelerator: Damage goes from 4.5 to 8 Cannot critical Ammo: 60 Reload speed increased from 1 second to 2.2 seconds Void Barrier: Allow a toggle placement option similar to Mei's wall Duration goes from 4 to 5.5 seconds Cooldown is 9 seconds if broken, if the duration is depleted, the cooldown is 15 seconds Nemesis Form: 0.6 seconds of transformation time between in and out of Omnic and Nemesis form Heals 8% of health and grants 120 armor instead of 150 armor. 150 armor will be granted if Ramattra has full health. 1.5 seconds of initial +48% movement speed on cast of the abiility Pummel: Projectile damage goes from 60 to 50 "Melee range" or melee damage deals 90 damage Block: Movement speed goes from -50% to -30% Can block stuns and projectiles 90% damage reduction from the front and cannot be stunned, booped, or slept (Also make it so Doomfist cannot be slept or stunned while blocking please) Back opens a critical spot covering a large portion of Ramattra's back similar to Bastion that takes 1.5x more damage (Getting second thoughts about this part of the block...) Ravenous Vortex: Removed from the game and replaced by new abilities, Higher Authority, and Better Future Better Future: (Omnic form only) -A new ability that allows Ramattra to stab his Void Accelerator into the ground giving his allies a cooldown reduction while giving himself increased movement speed. Radius of 8 meters Duration of movement speed is 5 seconds Cooldown is 18 seconds and starts when the ability is active Ally cooldown is reduced by 80% (normal is 100%) and has no cooldown, a one-and-done ability. Effects wear off only for that ability meaning if one ability is gained but another one hasn't, the effects only apply to the ability on cooldown. Also has no effect on ultimate. Higher Authority: (Nemesis form only) -A new ability that allows Ramattra to hover in the air and slam the ground creating a nano-infested area that traps enemies in the field unless they destroy an orb left on the ground that Ramattra slammed into the ground. Can only be used once in Nemesis form. There is no cooldown and is regained when transformed into Nemesis form again. (Nano-infested area will not appear during Annihilation) Hover duration is 2 seconds and lifts Ramattra 9 meters in the air Slam distance is 6 meters closest range and 11 meters at the furthest range. Slam deals 74 damage with a damaging radius of 3 meters but 30% damage increase to Tanks, can be blocked with barriers. Nano-infested area is a 14-meter radius and 11 meters in height (might have to be lowered) that enemies cannot get out of unless the orb on the ground is destroyed. Nano-infested area deals no damage Nano-infested area applies a debuff that gives all enemies trapped inside -32% firerate and -17% movement speed Orb has 35hp and is a 1.5 meter orb on the ground Annihilation: -During Omnic Form: Launch a projectile out of staff that can be leeched onto an enemy, and has the same damaging effects. In other words, this might start another pandemic... Projectile travel speed of 38 meters a second If attached to an enemy: Duration is infinite and lasts as long as that enemy is alive. (Protection Suzu can cure the effect, but the projectile will drop to the ground) Deals 22 damage a second to attached target, and 37 damage a second to enemies around that target Radius of 8.5 meters If attached to a surface: (Or detached by Protection Suzu) Deals 25 damage per second Radius of 12 meters Duration of 11 seconds -During Nemesis form: Same effect as original Radius increased from 11 meters to 12.5 meters On cast, the duration will not go down until at least one enemy has been damaged by the ultimate Now has a counter on the screen on how many enemies are within the radius If at least three enemies come into the radius, all enemies within are slowed by -30% All other damage that Ramattra deals aside from his ultimate is decreased by 8% Side Notes: Nano-boost doesn't affect ultimate damage, Block cannot eat projectiles, just absorb the damage like any other shield Thank you if you read through all of it, I would make one of these for every hero if I had the time, I missed an essay because of this...

Ramatouille was actually really fun. I noticed it was was like easy to get a balanced damage dmg MIT ratio. The punch range is sad. But overall not the most insane tank but still really fun. Especially with a pocket heal.

Tempo is the Dev teams term for a stance switcher character from my understanding. Its not meant to mean he’s a fast paced play style, but character on a timer between Armored vs Ranged.

Watching release Ramattra is something else. Feels so slow without the speed in nemesis form, and the ult lasted forever.

Finally they made a character who we can judge off of damage mitigated.

The one thing that they failed most on this new update was to include the actual fire when a character says “I’m on fire.”

Honestly Nemesis has very niche uses. I use it to get extra armor to run away or to get a cheeky support pick, then immediately switch back to Omnic so that I don’t get bombarded by everyone

You can activate Nemesis form to get 150 armor. Wait until it is gone, cancel nemesis form, pop your ult, get 150 armor again, and if that is not enough you can cancel your ult and do enter nemesis form again if you waited long enough.

Ramattra's ult reminds me of characters like coyote stark and Sousuke Aizen. Spiritual pressure and energy that's so high that it causes people in the vicinity to collapse and die.

Lowkey I’m playing no limits for to get kiriko since I was doing other things in last season and my team comps has been 4 rams and me playing kiriko for the challenge and it’s so much fun on kiriko

Watching the first day with everybody still learning is great fun.

Something i noticed is if you are in nemesis form and then pop ult you dont get the extra 150 armor on top (even if youre like 1 hp). But if you cancel nemesis form and then instantly pop ult you get the extra armor. 🤷‍♂️

All i want for rammatra rn is just make his staff projectiles a bit faster its too slow and increase the height of ravenous vortex. He is fun and i love playing him he is my new main but i do think he needs a buff possibly buffing his health from 450 to 550 but that 100 hp is armour would make him better but idk

the staff projectile feels quite difficult to land on enemies that are not just standing still. It's so slooooow. Deals a good chunk of damage though, not sure what to think about it yet.

A lot of people thought he was going to be busted, but honestly im getting a junker queen viability from him. His close range damage consistency is rather lack luster unless you can aim incredibly well, his shield is small hard to place and lasts 4 seconds. His shift is primarily going to be used for blocking since he has no other protection (except for a quick shield). His ult however, is going to be a problem. It's actually really viable to just hold block in ult and let the damage tick people down. He's going to get a buff, most likely in survivability, probably to his shield. I expect a softer shield that comes back more often, and the move penalty will be reduced while blocking. He's not going to beat out hog or zarya in tank status, but he's fun

I said this immediately after play him. He's fun af. He's not nearly as strkng as I thought he'd be (a good thing for sure), but I knew he'd be fun to play. I want him in comp right now.

What I'm most hyped about with this patch is they gave my girl tracer back her one point of damage. It feels so good be back on my old main
