Rambo 3 is a really cool arcade game. I remember playing this game almost everyday, back then, for about one year. Lots of fun and lots of quarters played. Thanks for the demo, brings back fond memories of my teenage hood!
I Lived in the suburbs, we had a few bowling alleys and one of the world's smallest arcades. We ONLY had popular arcade games, the #1 hits. There's a whole lot of games I never seen UNTIL arcade emulation on the PC.
Back in those days, the arcade games were always much better than the home console versions. I had Rambo 3 on Sega Genesis, but it wasn't nearly as fun as this.
It's crazy this was my game to go to right after school was over every day in the arcades, and i will only go as far 1 coin would should me to get, finishing the game but i it cost me hard work, that's why is one of my favorite games back in the day, by if way Sr, your a bad ass player to say the least. Truly enjoy this video.
I love how the enemies dodge back and forward as you're trying to target them, it's just the perfect amount of coin-eating devilishness you'd expect from a game of this era. Also, I really feel sorry for kids today. They'll never get to experience arcades full of awesome games like this one, not just because of political correctness but also because every arcade is just filled with all those ridiculous parlor games like air hockey and wack-a-mole that you used to avoid like the plague back in the 90s as a kid. They'll never be able to enjoy cheesy, testosterone-fueled actual video games like this or Virtua Cop.
Lol, 'political correctness' huh? Its not like modern video games arent filled with violence and gore. So what sort of 'politically incorrectness' are you craving? :)
Pretty much the norm in any movie to arcade game conversion. Aliens is another example that has all these extra different aliens that never appeared in the movie. But on the flip side, if you stay tru to the movie cast of enemies, than people would complain about fighting the same enemy over and over again with no variety.
I like how the first couple of minutes are side-scrolling and are definitely the least impressive parts of the game. And then the rest of the game takes place in a 10x more impressive and fun 3D perspective.
Cabal Washington available in Commodore Amiga computer. Everyone feels sad about home consoles, but before they existem, there were formidable game stations.
Nice but like always some devs seem to never have watched the movie at all . Rambo never fought modern tanks and hundreds of helicopters , Rambo never used a motorcycle only a horse , Rambo never fought blue and red uniform soldiers , etc... where the epic final battle like in the movie like Levy&Goliath style ( Tank vs. Helicopter ) ?? Where are the Afghans ? The game looks somewhat a ripoff of two other games Operation Wolf and Thunder Blade . Much better than Rambo 3 on Sega Master System and the shamefully Rambo : The video game ( 2014 ) .
