Hey Quang i dont know if you know this trick but the fastest way to peel a boiled egg is to roll it on the counter and press down on it smashing the shell and the shell should crack in half all around and just come off easily in 2seconds lol
I love you.. BUT Unless you are shouting out 'flavor town' to Lady T ------ I wouldn't use that line like its your original...... she may be the flavor train but it's..... very similar. I don't have an issue with copies... honor the original.

nice ramen recipe - i had tried two different recipes before this to no avail, and this one seems en pointe. quick question: my fresh ramen sometimes clumps up when boiling in water, and even worse, when storing leftover raw ramen in the fridge? help?
