The way to eat a Ramly burger is using the wrapper around the burger to hold the burger together and keeping the sauce in. Your fingers won’t be dirty and it won’t be messy. And as you eat, just ‘peel’ the wrapper

@@helicocktor doesnt quite matter. Burgers have been enjoyed with bare hands, or with wrapper, bite-size, and god-forbit with forks and knives. Most importantly, the burgers are great in taste. I know some people buy Ramly burgers back home, and cut into four for each burger to share with their family members

If you guys not suitable messy sauce, next time ask for less sauce Every stall burger have their own style on their burger, must find the best around them its hard, maybe you can search for OM burgers or burger boss at jalan alor The best way to eat messy ramly burgers, holding them with the wrapping paper. Spend a night or two in Putrajaya especially on the weekends. Find place near the huge lake, ministry of finance or iron mosque. You can walk 10-15km by the lakeside to see the city.
Wonderful you finally tried the Ramly burger! You haven’t arrived in Malaysia until you had them. 😊 My personal favourite is also the special but personally I don’t like the burger sloppy (heavy dressing/sauce) so I will request for a lot less sauce/dressing. At the other end of this street where you had this burger, you will find “Din Satay”. I highly recommend the beef saté but they are only open between 17:00-23:00.

Different stall have a different style of making the burger. Some stall used Perin sauce, maggie seasoning sauce, cabbage, cucumber, onion and slice of tomatos. And used burger ramly wrapping paper
Actually, Ramly is the burger patty and it's one of the best patty for burger in Malaysia. If you go to 10 burger stalls, each stall will have their own distinct flavours. Each stall got their own sauce and ingredients and style of cooking Ramly patty. Some put cabbage, onion, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, salad and even pineapple.. Try a few stalls and you might find the best Ramly burger that suits your taste.

Diff vendor hv diff style of cooking…U can try the one that youtubers always go to somewhere near the end of Jalan Alor…I prefer the ones cooked with margarine it is more fragrant.. plus with more veggies than just cabbage even better…

We wrap the burger with the wrapping provided n bite it bit by bit. So thst it will not messy our hand. Burger comes with overloaded chilli sos, mayonies, sometime black papper sis. That's a good reason for you to wrap the burger.
Later, some other time, u should try the only exclusive "Donut -chicken sandwich" cafe in KL, M'sia & in the world.! All sorts of chicken burgers/sandwiches, wedges,..enjoi!
In year 80,90 and early 2000 ramly burger dont have a lot sauce but nowadays many ramly burger stall they put much sauce. If i buy ramly burger i tell them just put black pepper sauce. Benjo / benjo cheese is simple and nice burger.
For me who doesn't know to make a decision i would go egg warapped double patties too but with one of the beef and one of chicken😂, so you can taste the thickness of beef meat and the tender and sweet chicken patties at the same time, plus the egg help to bring more umami and the fresh veggies balancing the spiciness of the sauce❤❤❤
Malaysian and chilli sauce Meanwhile other part of the world ketchup (tomato sauce) Lot of Malaysia food depending on chilli sauce.. lot of brands.. but to be honest i like the one that are homemade from some village.. a bit more spicy but still have the sweet flavor and bit thick.. there is a special spot i always buy long time ago somewhere at negeri sembilan. Each time on my way from pahang to melaka and past by there. But they no longer make it or the stall no longer there. For me it the best chili sauce i ever tasted.. i can feel how fresh and natural it is.. even eating fried egg and sausage with that chilli sauce feel amazing. Surprisingly they sell it more cheaper then the common chilli sauce. Still missing that chilli sauce tho.. but it is what it is.. now i just used any chilli sauce brands.. still reflecting the old memories of that special homemade chili sauce. I wonder how many other countries that used chilli sauce other than Malaysia.
Great location to try RamLY Burger guys……I lived there in 90’s, during Petronas Twin Towers construction…..coincidentally RamLY burger was founded in Kg Bahru/Chow Kit area….
