Keep in mind, that this Concert took place in Paris, France and the crowd is singin the German lyrics. Same in Moscow , Madison square garden and all over the world
@@dachiiiii It means "SING!!" in french. I'm still surprised to hear him say that so well in this video when he doesn't have the microphone in front of his mouth. Till has a really powerful voice.
what makes me happy is that so many french people sing german. this is not normal considering the difficult history of these two countries. Deutsch-französische Erbfeindschaft entwickelt sich zur deutsch französischen Freundschaft. (Franco-German hereditary enmity develops into Franco-German friendship) Rammstein is a good ambassador for Germany
If we were to hold an eternal grudge from all the European wars in history... we would still be killing each other. Music is the best ambassador for peace. May it continue for a very long time.
The kids at this concert weren't even in the plans yet when the last world war was raging. They don't care about that part of history anymore and are not interested in inheriting their grandparents' and great-grandparents' trauma. And the latter should stop trying to force it down their throats to instill in them long obsolete views and prejudices that only hinder their reception of other contemporary people. People should seriously stop defining their present lives and approach to political neighbours, especially those who made such a great leap from what the 1930's and 1940's Germany was, with the memories of long past conflicts that aren't even their memories and their experiences at all. And learning languages never hurt anyone yet. On the contrary, it only broadens people's horizons and expands their career and existence options.
@@OstblockLatina the fact that they're not inheriting the trauma from their parents & grand parents is a great achievment of our time. It's not given. For most conflicts, it's the opposite.
There's no limits in metal. We all listen to it, we're all brothers and sisters. Jokes aside, it's really cool that metal has one of the most wholesome fandom. I always met metal fans that were really cool and kind.
The Show as a whole thing, yes absolutely amazing, when it comes to specific parts(for example the amount of pyrotechnics) there are a few Bands with more pyrotechnics, but rammstein uses them in an completely unique way🤘
The only band that compared for me was Pink Floyd. I saw Pink Floyd in 88 and Ramstein in 2001. Very different music but the theatrics and effects made both such amazing experiences. Pink Floyd also had an awesome quadraphonic sound system so sometimes it seemed like the guitarist was playing right next to you. Heaps of other great concerts like Metallica, Rage Against the Machine and Queens of the Stone Age but those 2 were on another level.
Madison square garden "ich tu dir weh" is not only one of my favorites from them, but the performance shows some of the play fighting that Till and Flake does. I always look forward to your reactions!
please react to "mein herz brennt" (piano-version!) and "ohne dich". both songs have great video! i´m looking forward to your next rammst-reactions!! 👍💗
I saw them in Atlanta not far from the stage. It was absolute insanity! Sorry, Iron Maiden, but Rammstein kicked your butts in the live performance arena!
The personnel of the space station taking night photos of the Earth is requested to not regulate their devices: Paris ISN'T burning - it's just Rammstein playing a concert tonight.
❗Please Check out "Ich tu dir weh" and "Benzin" live from Madison square garden. Also highly recommendable ist "Puppe" in Veltins (Schalke) Arena. "Mein Teil" from Hurricane Festival and "ich will" live.
New sub tonight! So a personal share... I am from Michigan where, back when Du Hast played in a very limited way on our ONE rock station, no one had a clue what the lyrics are. Fortunately (or unfortunately), I spoke German and had to translate and explain. Was not an easy task... Be well and stay safe! 🖖🐢👣 (BTW, I was in Western Germany before the Wall fell and traveled as much as I could to three countries in the Warsaw Pact, and the lady is scared shitless re: Ukraine.)
I very heavily recommend "Mein Herz brennt". It´s a song about an old german folklore. There are two versions of the song. The heavy Rock version wich is a banger and a special rock ballad version with calm piano wich is utterly mind blowing. Rammstein is crazy. Lindemann literally covered his body with real wounds and scarred himself for that ballad version of the song. If you are into the band that is a must watch
In the song "Deutschland" there is the chorus Deutschland , Deutschland über allem.... It would be very strange if people in france , U.S.A. England and Europe and all over the world where singing this. The foreign fans they are allso singing in german worldwide.!!!
watched this whole concert in cinema. really really great. but it was hard to watch due to this massive amount of CUTS. way too fast. if you watch the whole concert you cant follow it anymore after a few songs
Haha, yeah. Flake, the dude at the keyboard, is probably thinking "Pump it" on his treadmill. ;) Another great live one is "Mein Teil". And if you like Rammstein, maybe try Eisbrecher at some point? "Was ist hier los" or "FAKK" are good ones. ;)
If I could walk on the treadmill for that length of time without being out of breath OR play the keyboards I'd be happy....... I often wonder what it feels like standing in front of so many people who are in total.adoration of you and have them eating out of the palm of your hands? They are just so awesome and I love your reactions.
Do a react to "Rammlied", "Ich tu dir weh" and "Benzin" live from Madison Square Garden, "Mutter" live from Paris and "Sonne", "Deutschland" and "Ohne dich" official video please!!!!
Before covid hit they were doing a stadium tour here in the US and it has been postponed twice I sure hope it doesn't happen again. Cause I really want to see em live
Till Lindemann from Rammstein is a professional pyrotechnician from before his carreer with Rammstein. In most if not all Liveshows there is some kind of ( large ) firework or pyrotechnics involved. This makes the live shows of the band unique.
No, he became a pyrotechnician because of Rammstein. After including fire in their shows, people told them "you can`t do it in this venue, only certified pyrotechnicians are allowed to do that", so Till became one.
Till is a pyrotechnician and other members of the band are trained in it, but it wasnt from before rammstein, he only become one in 1996 when a burning stage prop fell
Ahh, the pre pandemic era. A time where tons of people would crowd together, and not care if someone was sick or not, and just jam out to their favorite band, as they played live.
true story, roskild festival years ago, a little band from oz called the cosmic psychos got to play along with rammstein, and lets just say rammstein loved the cosmic as we all do. INXS were playing on a diff stage and as word got around that rammstein were playing on lets say stage 5 with the cosmic, INXS had nothing but there roadys watching them and 250,000 went to you guessed rammstein and the cosmic brothers, amywho just some stupid venue facts for the peeps
Love your comments .... I'm a long time fan of Rammstein (and Till Lindemann - lead singer). Amazing band, if not the best ever! Check out Till's solo project, "Praise Abort", "Ladyboy", "Golden Shower", the live Moscow versions here on RU-vid.
LIFAD Rammstein
Thank you for the great videos. I am thrilled with the joy and enthusiasm with which you capture the reactions to the Rammstein videos. I've already been to rammstein concerts in Germany 7 times. Can't find words for the great band and music. Thanks . Danke .
For your casual listener they don't want a super deep or complicated song, du hast is easy to remember and sing along to, repetitive, easy to headbang to etc. Same as any artists most well known song
At a concert in russia they had so much pyro that some people called the police and the fire department. :D Watch Sonne - St. Petersburg (LIve 2019) and you'll get a clue ;)
Flake (pron:FLAW-Kawh) on keyboards. Writes in his book that he can walk up to 17 miles per show! He thought he looked awkward and bored just standing there waiting to play his parts, so in came the treadmill!
I heard that it was because he has such high energy levels on stage he just ran around like crazy (which, with that much pyro is just dangerous) so they put him on a treadmill to keep him stationary whilst also burning off his energy!
@@realburglazofficial2613 From the beginning, every Rammstein show has been choreographed intricately, because of the pyro. I was a gig handler on their 1st American tour, b4 the treadmill, and no one ran around on stage. A man who enjoys long walks, Flake suggested the treadmill so he didn't feel so awkward waiting to play his parts.
