I agree completely that this concept should be adapted beyond cards. I absolutely love the idea, but I'm less thrilled about it as a card plot. I'd love to see some other ideas. I also wish it was less procedural. I remember Learning that old money trick where you predict the last coin with an X on it using this principle, and it was sort of the same problem. But overall it's super cool.
I have been building my own cards since I discovered this trick. You can indeed create whatever you feel (numbers, celebrities, etc..), I always have 2 different cards in my wallet. Buy blank cards, spray glue and a perforation cutter ans some time. When spraying, I have a template to "not" put glue on 2 different areas (the areas that should not stick with the other card) and voila! Good luck all, great everyday trick in my orphic wallet. (I also like to write myself the numbers in front of the spec, it's even stronger! - you just need to use the same pen you used when building the cards)
Why not like force 26 or 35 since I feel you can add the element of if they "choose" like 3 and a 4 they could 34 or 43. But since 62 is impossible in a normal deck it just makes it 26.
JUst got this in and I love it...Keep it in the wallet. It's like having a whole deck of cards in your wallet! Does anyone have any ideas to reveal the 7 of diamonds instead of just pulling out a Card?
This is the best trick to come out I believe in twenty years as I think most tricks are awful now. Also although I’m a magician no trick has fooled me in thirty years ( I’m not bragging) , and a lot wouldn’t fool laymen despite what the reactions. But although I thought this depended on the double faced principle I couldn’t think how and I don’t think I would have worked it out.
@@markgrierson6614 I spoke to the chap at BMC and made that point. He said that he was going travelling around Europe after BMC. On his return to the USA he would investigate making other cards.
