One of the challenges with this type of channel is that it's difficult to keep people informed when it comes to what I'm doing (what with my videos not being in the 'RU-vidr talks to a camera' format). Therefore I seem to just disappear...for weeks. Sorry about that. But rest assured I'm always busy. An update for you all: In the 5 weeks since the last video, I spent the initial two weeks working on a video essay side-project. But that's a long way from being ready and I'm chipping away at it in small chunks. And in the remaining three weeks I created this video, with the first week being structural editing and then weeks 2 and 3 being the text/general fixes, etc. The switch from Sony Vegas to Adobe Premiere seems to be going well. But it's not saving me as much time as I'd hoped. But it is making it much easier to tell how many scenes I have to work with, to prevent jokes falling through the cracks, etc. It was certainly worth the switch. My next plan is to edit a couple of lesser known bullshitteries. I've got a fun idea for an animation thing, but I'm not sure if it'll work out yet. Bear with me there. I'm going to start the editing and then see if it's worth talking to a proper animation studio or just leave it and move on. Hope you're all well.
