Just discovered this series and I'm about to start a long term homebrew campaign, what a stroke of blind luck! So well put together and creative, keep up the good work! :)
I love your ideas, they inspire me a lot! I think that I will do the mysterious missives. But held by an old man with his mouth sewn. He won't answer the players questions but he's holding letters retelling the adventures of the players. Since my players are not easily scared, I try to add a bit of gore.
