Random Roadtrip to Wellington 

This was supposed to be the start of a week-long trip to showcase some of what the Wellington region has to offer even in Winter.
Alas, as Robby Burns put it, “The best laid schemes o' mice an' men / Gang aft a-gley.” So it turned into a long-weekend trip to the nation's capital city to check out the Food Show and catch up with a friend I haven't seen in years to explore some of the old forts up on the Miramar hills.
So, I grabbed some photos and video along the way and thought you might like to share a bit of the adventure.
